Collaborative Interior DesignThe upstairs jack and Jill bathroom for two teenage boys was done in black and white palette. Concrete look, hex shaped tiles on the floor add depth and "cool" to the space. The contemporary lights and round metal framed mirror were mounted on a shiplap wall, again adding texture and layers to the space.

The painted pattern tile matches all three colors in the bathroom (powder blue, black and white).

United Signature TacomaThe kitchen and bathroom renovations have resulted in a large Main House with modern grey accents. The kitchen was upgraded with new quartz countertops, cabinetry, an under-mount sink, and stainless steel appliances, including a double oven. The white farm sink looks excellent when combined with the Havenwood chevron mosaic porcelain tile. Over the island kitchen island panel, functional recessed lighting, and pendant lights provide that luxury air.
Remarkable features such as the tile flooring, a tile shower, and an attractive screen door slider were used in the bathroom remodeling. The Feiss Mercer Oil-Rubbed Bronze Bathroom Vanity Light, which is well-blended to the Grey Shakers cabinet and Jeffrey Alexander Merrick Cabinet Pull in Matte Black serving as sink base cabinets, has become a centerpiece of this bathroom renovation.
Balboa Design GroupGreat design makes all the difference - bold material choices were just what was needed to give this little bathroom some BIG personality! Our clients wanted a dark, moody vibe, but had always heard that using dark colors in a small space would only make it feel smaller. Not true!
Introducing a larger vanity cabinet with more storage and replacing the tub with an expansive walk-in shower immediately made the space feel larger, without any structural alterations. We went with a dark graphite tile that had a mix of texture on the walls and in the shower, but then anchored the space with white shiplap on the upper portion of the walls and a graphic floor tile (with mostly white and light gray tones). This technique of balancing dark tones with lighter tones is key to achieving those moody vibes, without creeping into cavernous territory. Subtle gray/blue/green tones on the vanity blend in well, but still pop in the space, and matte black fixtures add fantastic contrast to really finish off the whole look!
Ward Custom Construction, Inc.This small 4'x6' bathroom was originally created converting 2 closets in this 1890 historic house into a kids bathroom with a small tub, toilet and really small sink. Gutted the bathroom and created a curb less shower. Installed a wall mount faucet and larger vessel sink with vanity. Used white subway tile for shower and waincotting behind sink and toilet. Added shiplap on remaining walls. Installed a marble shelf over sink and toilet. Installed new window and door casings to match the old house moldings. Added crown molding. Installed a recessed light/fan over shower. Installed a chandelier and lighted mirror over sink/toilet. Hinman ConstructionIn this master bath, we installed a Vim Shower System, which allowed us to tile the floor and walls and have our glass surround to go all the way to the floor. This makes going in and out of the shower as effortless as possible. Along with the Barn Door style glass door, very simple yet elegant and goes great with the rustic farmhouse feel.
