Design Me By MahlahThis little coastal bathroom is full of fun surprises. The NativeTrails shell vessel sink is our star. The blue toned herringbone shower wall tiles are interesting and lovely. The blues bring out the blue chips in the terrazzo flooring which reminds us of a sandy beach. The half glass panel keeps the room feeling spacious and open when bathing. The herringbone pattern on the beachy wood floating vanity connects to the shower pattern. We get a little bling with the copper mirror and vanity hardware. Fun baskets add a tidy look to the open linen closet. A once dark and generic guest bathroom has been transformed into a bright, welcoming, and beachy space that makes a statement.
Cathie Hong InteriorsThis Willow Glen Eichler had undergone an 80s renovation that sadly didn't take the midcentury modern architecture into consideration. We converted both bathrooms back to a midcentury modern style with an infusion of Japandi elements. We borrowed space from the master bedroom to make the master ensuite a luxurious curbless wet room with soaking tub and Japanese tiles.
Kathy Kunz InteriorsWhen re-working a space, it pays to consider your priorities early on. We discussed the pros and cons of tearing out the bathroom and starting fresh vs. giving it a facelift. In the end, we decided that the buget was better spent on new solid oak herringbone flooring and new doors throughout. To give the space a more modern look, we opted to re-do the sink area with custom corian shelving and replaced all faucets for matte black ones. A lick of fresh, water-resistant paint, new lighting and some decorative elements (like the waffle towels seen left) gave the space a new lease of life.

Michael Nash Design, Build & HomesThe Arlington home needed an upgraded master bathroom with a more open and spacious feel.
The outdated shower, tub and double vanities were removed and replaced with updated corner glass door shower, freestanding tub, and double vanity with extra cabinet space. The bathroom area was enlarged by using prior dressing room area to add extra space. New showerheads and matching accessories, mirror and vanity lights, and LED recessed lights complete the look for this new master bathroom. A new linen closet was also added to complete this project.
