Cabinet-S-TopThis basement renovation involved installing Medallion Lancaster Frappe cabinetry in the bar area. On the countertop is Dolomite-Pietra Caravino granite with a leather finish. Also installed: A Miseno Apronfront stainless steel sink and a Moen chrome Arbor bar faucet, 3 Hinkley Linear pendant lights and a new pool table light. New basement stairs were installed using Kraus Landmark 5” plank floor whistle stop color and a new custom barn door. On the floor is Enstyle Culbres wide – Inglewood Luxury Vinyl Tile.

Long-time, returning clients wanted a family hang out space, equipped with a fireplace, wet bar, bathroom, workout room and guest bedroom.
They loved the idea of adding value to their home, but loved the idea of having a place for their boys to go with friends even more.
We used the luxury vinyl plank from their main floor for continuity, as well as navy influences that we have incorporated around their home so far, this time in the cabinetry and vanity.
The unique fireplace design was a fun alternative to shiplap and a regular tiled facade.

Forward Design Build RemodelThis is a custom walnut wood bar and counter! We also used walnut for the floating wooden shelves and bar stools. The walls are painted Tint of Honey 1187 from Sherwin-Williams.
Design Kitchens & CountertopsDouble the fridges for double the fun! This bar is used at the Coffee Station in the morning, and the wine/beer station in the evening!

Timberlake Custom HomesThis gorgeous craftsman home features a main level and walk-out basement with an open floor plan, large covered deck, and custom cabinetry. Featured here is a basement family room open to a wet bar.
D&G Construction The wet bar has white, wooden, recessed panel cabinets with a gray quartz countertop. The wet bar appliances are stainless steel and the backsplash is composed of real white Birch ledgestone. There are two wooden, gray shelves above the wet bar for storage.
