Delphinium DesignFront details from a designed and styled primary bedroom in Charlotte, NC new build home, complete with upholstered bed and benches, navy bedside tables, white table lamps, woven rug, large wall art, custom window treatments and woven roman shades and wood ceiling fan.
Haven Design and ConstructionOur team began the master bedroom design by anchoring the room with a dramatic but simple black canopy bed. The next layer was a neutral but textured area rug with a herringbone "zig zag" design that we repeated again in our throw pillows and nightstands. The light wood of the nightstands and woven window shades added subtle contrast and texture. Two seating areas provide ample comfort throughout the bedroom with a small sofa at the end of the bed and comfortable swivel chairs in front of the window. The long simple drapes are anchored by a simple black rod that repeats the black iron element of the canopy bed. The dresser is also black, which carries this color around the room. A black iron chandelier with wooden beads echoes the casually elegant design, while layers of cream bedding and a textural throw complete the design.

Kathy Kuo Designs IncEchoing the same modern classic feel, we chose a wood frame bed in a grayish wood tone and paired that with medium brown nightstands and a dresser with antique brass details. A dark wood framed bench with beige upholstery sits at the end of the bed. Table lamps made of stone and with brass details, provided just the right touch of sophistication to the space. Matching that is a unique brass chandelier. A dark framed mirror with brass accents is placed above the dresser to provide visual appeal and to give lightness to the space. Finally, an area rug with classical elements gives added warmth to the space.
Nicole Arnold InteriorsWe transformed a Georgian brick two-story built in 1998 into an elegant, yet comfortable home for an active family that includes children and dogs. Although this Dallas home’s traditional bones were intact, the interior dark stained molding, paint, and distressed cabinetry, along with dated bathrooms and kitchen were in desperate need of an overhaul. We honored the client’s European background by using time-tested marble mosaics, slabs and countertops, and vintage style plumbing fixtures throughout the kitchen and bathrooms. We balanced these traditional elements with metallic and unique patterned wallpapers, transitional light fixtures and clean-lined furniture frames to give the home excitement while maintaining a graceful and inviting presence. We used nickel lighting and plumbing finishes throughout the home to give regal punctuation to each room. The intentional, detailed styling in this home is evident in that each room boasts its own character while remaining cohesive overall.
Tag & Associates, LLCThis open and spacious Master Retreat is inviting and has views of the backyard. It is both light and airy with the addition of the transom windows above the bed. Combined with a seating area that overlooks the backyard allows for you to be comfortable and spread out in the private area.

Carton InteriorsThe focal point of this modern, elegant bedroom is the sumptuous stitched leather headboard. This rich texture not only adds a touch of lavishness but also creates a cozy backdrop for the bed, inviting you to unwind in style.
Flanking the bed are dark smoked oak bedside tables that perfectly complement the dark wood tones seen throughout the house. A matching bespoke TV display unit seamlessly integrates with the bedroom's aesthetic, providing a sleek and sophisticated focal point for entertainment.
Soft ambient lighting is achieved with the Flos IC1 bedside lights, casting a gentle glow for bedtime reading or creating an intimate atmosphere. The Nuura centre pendant hangs elegantly from the ceiling, infusing the room with a captivating illumination that doubles as a striking design element.
Adding a layer of plush comfort to the smoked oak flooring is a luxurious Floor Story rug, inviting bare feet to experience its soft embrace. The chosen color palette of navy, and taupe creates a serene and harmonious atmosphere.
A pair of ivory accent chairs introduces a touch of sophistication to a cozy corner, providing a delightful spot for relaxation or quiet contemplation. These chairs serve as both functional and aesthetic elements, adding a layer of texture and lightness to the room.
Jaegger Interior DesignWhen using a neutral palette for a custom headboard, we find a hint of orange and matching wooden light fixtures adds another layer of character to your bedroom.
Haven Design and ConstructionThe lovely primary bedroom feels modern, yet cozy. The custom octagon wall panels create a sophisticated atmosphere, while the chandelier and modern bedding add a punch of personality to the space. The lush landscape draws the eye to the expansive windows overlooking the backyard. The homeowner's favorite shade of aubergine adds depth to the mostly white space.
