Absolute Project ManagementWe replaced the previous worn carpet with a lovely soft warm-toned grey carpet in the lounge and bedrooms, which went well with the calming soft green walls. Black fittings were used throughout to add to the industrial feel, in faceplates, ironmongery and radiators. A roman blind was fitted in the same sage linen fabric used in the lounge for continuity, electrical in function for convenience. A desk was fitted into the corner of the bedroom, in a stunning soft oak wood with iron hairpin legs for support, creating a lovely calming work area at the window. The soft organic colour palette added so much to the space, making it a lovely calm, welcoming room to be in, and working perfectly with the red of the brickwork and ceiling beams. Mirror VisualsThis 19th-century loft has been converted into a living space, panelled walls,
cast-iron columns and industrial-style glazing. Simple brick walls and concrete ceiling are preserved and restored, as are the original iron columns. These are complemented by new material finishes that include oak herringbone flooring, and white paintwork. Instead of opaque walls, industrial-style steel and glass partitions divide up rooms, therefore these allow plenty of light to enter, helping to give a light and airy feel to the interiors. Продолжая общую линию пространства, здесь также используется штукатурка, только уже под бетон. Атмосферу лофта создает декоративный кирпич в изголовье кровати, выполненный из плитки. Пол выложен из темной инженерной доски – еще один способ передать характер интерьера конкретной комнаты. Между спальными комнатами расположена гардеробная, где хранится большая часть вещей молодого человека, чтобы не загромождать пространство его комнаты. При этом здесь, как и во многих помещениях квартиры, имеется книжная система хранения индивидуального изготовления.
ACad StudioTo transform the existing penthouse into a luxurious home where it is characterized by more space complemented by the luxury features of the home. We were given the task to change the interiors as well as the architectural aspects of the penthouse while accommodating the luxury features of the architectural aspects of the penthouse.
ESTUDI A L'ÀTIC. Benvinguts al Slow Design!La idea inicial no era tocar distribución pero en el proceso creativo vimos claro que modificando ligeramente la distribución conseguíamos tener una habitación con vestidor y baño completo en suite donde incluir una bañera, que era una de las cosas que se nos pedía a ser posible, Además también conseguimos espacio para un baño secundario donde ubicar la lavadora y la secadora.
El mobiliario del dormitorio sigue la línea de módulos básicos + sobre de madera que nos coloca nuestro carpintero. También apostamos por hacer un cabezal de obra con unas mesillas de noche integradas y un sobre de la misma madera que el resto de mobiliario y aplacamos la pared con ladrillo para personalizar el espacio.
