Kitchen Design ConceptsWe must admit, we’ve got yet another show-stopping transformation! With keeping the cabinetry boxes (though few had to be replaced), swapping out drawer and drawer fronts with new ones, and updating all the finishes – we managed to give this space a renovation that could be confused for a full remodel! The combination of a vibrant new backsplash, a light painted cabinetry finish, and new fixtures, these cosmetic changes really made the kitchen become “brand new”. Cabinetry
The cabinets boxes that needed to be replaced are from WW Woods Shiloh, Homestead door style, in maple wood. These cabinets were unfinished, as we finished the entire kitchen on-site with the rest of the new drawer and drawer fronts for a seamless look. The cabinet fronts that were replaced were from Woodmont cabinetry, in a paint grade maple, and a recessed panel profile door-style. As a result, the perimeter cabinets were painted in Sherwin Williams Tinsmith, the island in Sherwin Williams Sea Serpent, and a few interiors of the cabinets were painted in a Sherwin Williams Tinsmith.
Countertop
The countertops feature a 3 cm Caesarstone Vivid White quartz
Backsplash
The backsplash installed from countertops to the bottom of the furrdown are from Glazzio in the Oceania Herringbone Series, in Cobalt Sea, and are a 1×2 size. We love how vibrant it is!
Fixtures and Fittings
From Blanco, we have a Meridian semi-professional faucet in Satin Nickel, and a granite composite Precis 1-3/4 bowl sink in a finish of Cinder. The floating shelves are from Danver and are a stainless steel finish.
Flooring
The flooring is a cork material from Harris Cork in the Napa Collection, in a Fawn finish.
Greenbrook Design CenterNo doubt this is a small kitchen, but it's perfectly laid out for cooking for the retired couple that lives here. Suttle shades of blue, gray & beige make this a cozy kitchen that is timeless.
Creative Surfaces Countertops & TileLet's take a walk through this contemporary home build on a golf course. Throughout the home we used Cambria quartz countertops. The focal point is the u-shaped kitchen that showcase Cambria Whitehall countertops. The pantry and laundry just off the kitchen also feature Whitehall. Move to the master suite and you'll find Cambria Whitney on the bathroom countertops. The lower level entertainment area showcases Cambria Whitehall however the bathrooms feature Cambria Torquay and Cambria Montgomery with a mitered edge.
Pronorm Kitchen DesignWith its clean lines, contemporary design, and vibrant blue accents, this kitchen is the perfect blend of modern style and warm, family-friendly appeal. Whether you're cooking up a feast or simply enjoying coffee with friends, stepping into this kitchen makes you feel happy and energised.
The client, located in Hammersmith, was looking for a dynamic combination of colours rather than a single monochromatic scheme. They were also very focused on functionality. With the skylight and glass doors bathing the room in natural light, there's no shortage of brightness here either. The bright blue glass splashback and blue bar stools add a pop of colour and interest.
With its large breakfast bar that comfortably seats up to six people, plenty of storage options, and generous worktop space, this kitchen is perfect for cooking enthusiasts. The base units are in matte Crystal, while the tall units are in matt Agate Grey, both of which are from Pronorm's Y-Line range. The tall, dark cabinets and the Silestone Merope worktops in a gorgeous suede finish create a striking contrast with the lightness of the rest of the space. The island provides plenty of space for prep work and cooking and ample storage for food and utensils.
Top-of-the-line appliances from Siemens are seamlessly integrated into the kitchen design, along with a ceiling extractor from Air Uno, a tap from Quooker, and a sink from The 1810 Company.
Verto KitchensThe under cupboard LED lighting works so well in this kitchen as it highlights the great splashback making it even more dramatic. The push to open cupboards on the island bench create great use of the corner space.
H2D Architecture + DesignThis stainless steel backsplash provides an easy to clean surface behind the stove top, and also makes the stove and hood feel as one unit.

TVL Creative Ltd.This project consisted of several spaces inside of a quaint ski condo in Dillon, Colorado. We converted a dated, 1980's scheme into a classy winter haven. The project is complete with neutral contemporary gray tones, glass subway tiles, deep purple accents and modern furnishings.
Powell ConstructionDetails: Carrara marble window sills, with their bluish-gray veining, harmonize with the blue tile and provide a finishing touch to the remodel.
