Stephen GraverThe initial meeting with client was to discuss redesigning and making a new kitchen, as part of this we discussed how the rest of the house worked in relations to the kitchen. There was a door leading from the kitchen into a garage area being used as a store room rather than a garage, this had access stairs leading to a bedroom and study area. Our client was open to idea of incorporating this space into the scheme.
We prepared various layout drawings together with preliminary prices from this our client decided to engage Stephen Graver Ltd to carry out the whole project.
During the design process we managed to incorporate a modest utility room without impacting the overall kitchen design.
The inclusion of the garage area into the kitchen living space has made this an incredible transformation, including alterations to the bedroom above.

Our clients desired a larger kitchen with a Day of the Dead theme - this meant color EVERYWHERE! Cabinets, appliances and even custom powder-coated plumbing fixtures. Every day is a fiesta in this stunning kitchen and our clients couldn't be more pleased. Artistic, hand-painted murals, custom lighting fixtures, an antique-looking stove, and more really bring this entire kitchen together. The huge arched windows allow natural light to flood this space while capturing a gorgeous view. This is by far one of our most creative projects to date and we love that it truly demonstrates that you are only limited by your imagination. Shalford InteriorsThis bespoke scheme, designed for an extended family home, has transformed how the owners live in and use the space. The bespoke cabinetry based on the Knightsbridge collection with walnut internals has been handpainted in Farrow & Ball Inchyra Blue, Wevet (mantel and wall cabinets) and Cornforth White (island). A double larder with walnut internals stands in the central section of the tall Inchyra Blue cabinetry, fitted with sockets for the coffee machine and other small appliances, allowing it to be used as a handy breakfast prep station. A custom-crafted mantel completes the elegant look.
The Muir ShowroomsLazy Susans have come a long way from the wobbly plastic carousel on the center pole that everyone hates. Even stock cabinets like these from Fabuwood have "Super Susans" with shelf-mounted wood turntables.
Blue Poppy DesignDetail of the beautiful granite. This granite became the focal point of the remodel. There is much movement & color in this unique piece of stone. It set the tone of the rest of the kitchen remodel.

Tamara Marie DesignsVintage kitchen remodel. Our inspiration for the Spanish bungalow was California Coastal. We kept the beautiful terracotta floors, repurposed the cabinetry, added new countertops and backsplash. The client wanted a dishwasher so we extended the countertop to make room for the dishwasher & added additional cabinetry for more storage.

Kathy Marshall DesignThis Old House, Bedford. I was asked to be back on the team to work on the second oldest house TOH had ever worked on! It was a great project, super homeowners and a fair amount of discovery and challenges as we brought this old house back to her former glory. The homeowner needed more space and wanted to add on a great room of the kitchen. I was tasked with creating a kitchen that fit into todays modern world but celebrated the "old house" details. Exposed beams, uneven floors, posts and storage needs where all high on the to do and worry list! Working in a full size pantry with counters and a deep freeze provided that function and charm we were all hoping for in this new kitchen. A custom blue inset island with a beautiful 2" thick honed Danby marble top works nicely in the open concept feel. Glass fronted cabinets, blue and white tile and a hint of red in the back wall of the pantry all have a nod to the historic roots of the property and subtle reminder to it's part in the American Revolution. burlanes interiorsSomething a little different to our usual style, we injected a little glamour into our handmade Decolane kitchen in Upminster, Essex. When the homeowners purchased this property, the kitchen was the first room they wanted to rip out and renovate, but uncertainty about which style to go for held them back, and it was actually the final room in the home to be completed! As the old saying goes, "The best things in life are worth waiting for..." Our Design Team at Burlanes Chelmsford worked closely with Mr & Mrs Kipping throughout the design process, to ensure that all of their ideas were discussed and considered, and that the most suitable kitchen layout and style was designed and created by us, for the family to love and use for years to come.
