Just BasementsA farmhouse laundry sink adds charm and is perfect for soaking clothes - and for washing the homeowner's small dog. A combination of closed and open storage creates visual interest while providing easy access to items used most.
Buzz Interior DesignUtility / Boot room / Hallway all combined into one space for ease of dogs. This room is open plan though to the side entrance and porch using the same multi-coloured and patterned flooring to disguise dog prints. The downstairs shower room and multipurpose lounge/bedroom lead from this space. Storage was essential. Ceilings were much higher in this room to the original victorian cottage so feels very spacious. Kuhlmann cupboards supplied from Purewell Electrical correspond with those in the main kitchen area for a flow from space to space. As cottage is surrounded by farms Hares have been chosen as one of the animals for a few elements of artwork and also correspond with one of the finials on the roof. Emroidered fabric curtains with pelmets to the front elevation with roman blinds to the back & side elevations just add some tactile texture to this room and correspond with those already in the kitchen.

Reico Kitchen & BathDavid Betsy of Reico Kitchen and Bath in Wilmington, DE in collaboration with Jason Adamski General Contracting, designed a modern inspired shaker style kitchen and laundry area featuring Green Forest Cabinetry in the Park Place door style.
The kitchen wall cabinets and the laundry cabinets feature a White finish, with the kitchen base cabinets in a Norfolk Blue finish.
David shared, "This project was challenging. The home had a 1.5" difference in ceiling height from front right to back left. Additionally, a 3" X 3" plumbing chase in the corner of the kitchen limited space and options, making it difficult to design a functional kitchen triangle. Effective communication between the contractor, client, and our team at Reico was crucial to navigate the challenges presented by a house built in 1860."

Woodhill Cabinetry & Design IncThe owners of a newly constructed log home chose a distinctive color scheme for the kitchen and laundry room cabinetry. Cabinetry along the parameter walls of the kitchen are painted Benjamin Moore Britannia Blue and the island, with custom light fixture above, is Benjamin Moore Timber Wolf.
Five cabinet doors in the layout have mullion and glass inserts and lighting high lights the bead board cabinet backs. SUBZERO and Wolf appliances and a pop-up mixer shelf are a cooks delight. Michelangelo Quartzite tops off the island, while all other tops are Massa Quartz.
The laundry room, with two built-in dog kennels, is painted Benjamin Moore Caliente provides a cheery atmosphere for house hold chores.
