Casual comfortable laundry is this homeowner's dream come true!! She says she wants to stay in here all day! She loves it soooo much! Organization is the name of the game in this fast paced yet loving family! Between school, sports, and work everyone needs to hustle, but this hard working laundry room makes it enjoyable! This beautiful Shaker utility room, painted in Little Greene's Ambleside, has a timeless charm to it. The cabinetry is fitted with Armac Martin handles, thoughtfully repurposed by the client from her previous kitchen, adding a touch of nostalgia to the space. A standout feature is the Villeroy & Boch Belfast sink, perfectly complemented by the Perrin & Rowe Ionian 4193 Deck Mounted Tap in aged brass. Above, a Sheila Maid drying rack adds a practical touch, and the exposed wooden beam is a striking feature from which pendant lights hang, casting a warm and inviting glow over the room.

Good looking and very functional family laundry. Great for muddy kids getting home from footy training! Loads of functional storage, large second fridge and blackboard with the family schedule

The laundry is styled to match the kitchen. Benches in Caesarstone Frosty Carrina. Doors in satin lacquer colour Tranquil Retreat.

Located in the heart of Sevenoaks, this beautiful family home has recently undergone an extensive refurbishment, of which Burlanes were commissioned for, including a new traditional, country style kitchen and larder, utility room / laundry, and bespoke storage solutions for the family sitting room and children's play room.

A utility that doubles up as a boot room with plenty of character. This utility room was designed with plenty of accessible storage so that dirty and clean clothes as well as wet weather gear and shoes could all be put away and not clutter up the floor space. It's not a huge room but it delivers everything it needs within the space. Painted in a calming green tone which contrasts with the black and white tiled floor.

Contemporary cloakroom and laundry room. Fully integrated washing machine and tumble dryer in bespoke cabinetry. Belfast sink. Brass tap. Coat hooks and key magnet. tiled flooring.

This reconfiguration project was a classic case of rooms not fit for purpose, with the back door leading directly into a home-office (not very productive when the family are in and out), so we reconfigured the spaces and the office became a utility room.
The area was kept tidy and clean with inbuilt cupboards, stacking the washer and tumble drier to save space. The Belfast sink was saved from the old utility room and complemented with beautiful Victorian-style mosaic flooring.
Now the family can kick off their boots and hang up their coats at the back door without muddying the house up!

For this knock-down rebuild family home, the interior design aesthetic was Hampton’s style in the city. The brief for this home was traditional with a touch of modern. Effortlessly elegant and very detailed with a warm and welcoming vibe. Built by R.E.P Building. Photography by Hcreations.

This Utility room with well designed kitchenette was fitted in the basement in this fabulous house in Clapham. Tall units to the ceiling provide plenty of additional storage and house the mega-flow . Appliances to include integrated fridge/freezer, induction hob and oven were installed to provide a secondary kitchen in this large basement.
- Rational kitchen units - in hard wearing finish
- Light grey colour scheme in matt laminate
- 20mm Quartz worktop

The New Utility Boot Room. The original giant Belfast sinks on legs were retained and relocated, with new wall mounted taps. The client preferred a simple stacked washer and dryer arrangement. Cupboards are a simple Shaker design. The ceiling airer is another traditional design, and works because of the high ceiling.
