ALTER Design StudioWhen we began the project, this space was unfinished and had some very awkward legacy plumbing to deal with. In partnership with a great local contractor and plumber, we were able to reconfigure the space to give the clients the clean and modern laundry they dreamed of.

In this laundry / mudroom / powder room, I was able to do just that, by building a wall to wall storage area, incorporating the washer and dryer, sink area, above cabinetry, hanging and folding stations, this once dated, dark and gloomy space got a makeover that the client is proud to use .

WoodwerdThinking of usage and purpose to bring a new clean laundry room update to this home. Lowered appliance to build a high counter for folding with a nice bit of light to make it feel easy. Walnut shelf ties to kitchen area while providing an easy way to hang laundry.
C & C KitchensA sophisticated Oak shaker kitchen which has been enhanced with bronze glass splashbacks and contracting Almond shaker units. These units have also been extended into the adjoining utility room.
FLAG interior designA dedicated laundry room with two stackable washer and dryer units. Custom wood cabinetry, plantation shutters, and ceramic tile flooring.
