Makings of Fine Kitchens & BathroomsThis gorgeous Hamptons inspired laundry has been transformed into a well designed functional room. Complete with 2pac shaker cabinetry, Casesarstone benchtop, floor to wall linen cabinetry and storage, folding ironing board concealed in a pull out drawer, butler's sink and traditional tap, timber floating shelving with striking black and white encaustic floor tiles.
Vision InteriorsThe Holloway blends the recent revival of mid-century aesthetics with the timelessness of a country farmhouse. Each façade features playfully arranged windows tucked under steeply pitched gables. Natural wood lapped siding emphasizes this homes more modern elements, while classic white board & batten covers the core of this house. A rustic stone water table wraps around the base and contours down into the rear view-out terrace.
Inside, a wide hallway connects the foyer to the den and living spaces through smooth case-less openings. Featuring a grey stone fireplace, tall windows, and vaulted wood ceiling, the living room bridges between the kitchen and den. The kitchen picks up some mid-century through the use of flat-faced upper and lower cabinets with chrome pulls. Richly toned wood chairs and table cap off the dining room, which is surrounded by windows on three sides. The grand staircase, to the left, is viewable from the outside through a set of giant casement windows on the upper landing. A spacious master suite is situated off of this upper landing. Featuring separate closets, a tiled bath with tub and shower, this suite has a perfect view out to the rear yard through the bedroom's rear windows. All the way upstairs, and to the right of the staircase, is four separate bedrooms. Downstairs, under the master suite, is a gymnasium. This gymnasium is connected to the outdoors through an overhead door and is perfect for athletic activities or storing a boat during cold months. The lower level also features a living room with a view out windows and a private guest suite.

Tim Disalvo & Co.When in need of more space, have a Multipurpose utility room built to your specific needs. This room has plenty of counter space as well as cabinetry for storage.
Brickwood Builders, Inc.The laundry was given a face lift during the remodel. The washer/dryer units originally blocked the sink and the sink cabinet making the space almost unusable. The original cabinets were painted and the washer and dryer were stacked to provide additional space. The flooring was updated to Cavalier porcelain in Nero.
Crystal Kitchen + BathThis family with young boys needed help with their cramped and crowded Laundry/Mudroom.
By removing a shallow depth pantry closet in the Kitchen, we gained square footage in the Laundry Room to add a bench for setting backpacks on and cabinetry above for storage of outerwear. Coat hooks make hanging jackets and coats up easy for the kids. Luxury vinyl flooring that looks like tile was installed for its durability and comfort to stand on.
On the opposite wall, a countertop was installed over the washer and dryer for folding clothes, but it also comes in handy when the family is entertaining, since it’s adjacent to the Kitchen. A tall cabinet and floating shelf above the washer and dryer add additional storage and completes the look of the room. A pocket door replaces a swinging door that hindered traffic flow through this room to the garage, which is their primary entry into the home.
Skelly BuildDepending on your kitchen layout, island sinks can save you space and functionality. One of the main reasons for the main sink in the island is how much time you spend at the sink. If you tend to socialize more in the kitchen while doing tasks, island sinks may be for you! Since this was a family home reno project, a ton of interaction will take place in this area! We made sure to create an inviting space along with Etch Design Group.
There was a full gut of the kitchen. This included all cabinetry, countertops, and backsplash. The main focus in this kitchen part of the reno was moving the sink location from the wall to the newly installed island. The new layout included new cabinets painted a beautiful shade of timeless white, on top of those polished Statuario quartz countertops with light veining were installed. These new custom cabinets were customized to the homeowners' specifications for her kitchenware items.
Electrically, we installed 6 new LED recessed canned lights and added new outlets to the island to add more lighting in the home.
Du Bois Design LtdCharcoal grey laundry room with concealed washer and dryer once could easily mistake this laundry as a butlers pantry. Looks too good to close the doors.
