Andra Martens Design StudioOur clients beloved cottage had certain rooms not yet completed. Andra Martens Design Studio came in to build out their Laundry and Pantry Room. With a punch of brightness the finishes collaborates nicely with the adjacent existing spaces which have walls of medium pine, hemlock hardwood flooring and pine doors, windows and trim.
Cabinet-S-TopIn this laundry room, Medallion Providence Reverse Raised with Chai Latte Classic Painted Finish with Cambria Portrush quartz countertops. The backsplash is Emser 3x8 Passion Gloss Azul Tile and the tile on the floor is Emser 9x9 Design Mural Tile. The hardware on the cabinets is Top Knobs Hillmont pull in flat black.
Tom HowleyIn a bootility room it's always good to have a mixture of concealed cabinets and open shelving designed to simplify everyday tasks. If the space is more laundry-focused, you can use floating shelving to place detergents out of reach, store spare towels, and keep household essentials streamlined and organised in baskets or jars. Whilst you should let walls share the workload, you should still consider work surface space and low fitted cabinets to maximise storage capacity.
W. Pearsall Construction Inc.Shingle details and handsome stone accents give this traditional carriage house the look of days gone by while maintaining all of the convenience of today. The goal for this home was to maximize the views of the lake and this three-story home does just that. With multi-level porches and an abundance of windows facing the water. The exterior reflects character, timelessness, and architectural details to create a traditional waterfront home.
The exterior details include curved gable rooflines, crown molding, limestone accents, cedar shingles, arched limestone head garage doors, corbels, and an arched covered porch. Objectives of this home were open living and abundant natural light. This waterfront home provides space to accommodate entertaining, while still living comfortably for two. The interior of the home is distinguished as well as comfortable.
Graceful pillars at the covered entry lead into the lower foyer. The ground level features a bonus room, full bath, walk-in closet, and garage. Upon entering the main level, the south-facing wall is filled with numerous windows to provide the entire space with lake views and natural light. The hearth room with a coffered ceiling and covered terrace opens to the kitchen and dining area.
The best views were saved on the upper level for the master suite. Third-floor of this traditional carriage house is a sanctuary featuring an arched opening covered porch, two walk-in closets, and an en suite bathroom with a tub and shower.
Round Lake carriage house is located in Charlevoix, Michigan. Round lake is the best natural harbor on Lake Michigan. Surrounded by the City of Charlevoix, it is uniquely situated in an urban center, but with access to thousands of acres of the beautiful waters of northwest Michigan. The lake sits between Lake Michigan to the west and Lake Charlevoix to the east.
WC Design CenterTBT to this beachy-sheek remodel — complete w/ furniture, accessories, and custom window treatments— we did back in 2016 and are still loving today. Look at those floors! Love that herringbone pattern and it’s actually tile, not wood! Great for the kitchen while still giving that classy vibe.

La Maison des Travaux Paris 17èmeRénovation d'une cuisine dans un appartement haussmanien dans le 17ème arrondissement de Paris.
Notre client occupe son appartement depuis plus de 30 ans et sa cuisine n’a pas été refaite depuis son emménagement. Elle est d’excellente facture mais quelque peu datée, il veut la moderniser et supprimer le gaz pour des raisons de sécurité.
Dans une optique de rénovation partielle, nous avons défini avec notre client son projet, ses souhaits.
Au fil des échanges et propositions, nous avons conclu tous ensemble qu’il ‘agissait en fin de compte d’une rénovation complète que cette famille et cet appartement avait besoin. La cuisine étant vaste il fallait qu’elle reste un espace dinatoire. Nous avons donc travaillé avec notre cuisiniste sur une implantation optimale.
L'installation électrique a été totalement révisée.
Les peintures des murs ont été refaites à neuf.
Le plan de travail choisi est un quartz noir gris, de belle épaisseur. La crédence est assortie au plan de travail.
L’électroménager complet de dernière génération a été posé.
Le mobilier et particulièrement les façades de meubles sont de la double laque italienne.
Le rendu de cette cuisine est très élégant et sobre et s’intègre parfaitement avec le sol que les clients on souhaité conserver car en excellent état.
