Furnishings and succulent plants are paired with striking yellow accent furniture with soft rugs and throws to make a stylish yet inviting living space for the whole family, including the dog.
Design In MotionThis Edwardian living room was lacking enthusiasm and vibrancy and needed to be brought back to life. A lick of paint can make all the difference!
We wanted to bring a rich, deep colour to this room to give it that cosy, warm feeling it was missing while still allowing this room to fit in with the period this home was built in. We also had to go with a colour that matched the light green and gold curtains that were already in the room.
The royal, warm green we chose looks beautiful and makes more of an impact when you walk in. We went for an ivory cream colour on the picture rails and moulding to emphasise the characteristics of this period home and finished the room off with a bright white on the ceiling and above the picture rail to brighten everything up.

株式会社アレックス照明のプランにあたり、直接的な照明よりも間接的な柔らかな明かりがお好きというヒントを頂きましたので、既存の梁を生かしたコーブ照明をご提案させて頂きました。コーブ照明でお部屋全体の照度を確保しつつ、明かりが必要な箇所（テレビ上・ソファ前）にダウンライトを配灯していきました。
アルフレッシュお施主様がこだわりのLDKで、特に悩みに悩んだところは、キッチンのレンガの色。
そしてこのリビングの黒板塗装の色『モロヘイヤ・スープ』でした。
大好きなスイカバーを食べてご満悦の息子さん。
「おいしぃー!!!」の笑顔を引きたてる背景にピッタリです。
猫と建築社既存の掘りごたつを活かしてリニューアルされた和室。大きな引戸を開ければ隣接するリビングと一体空間として広々と使える。
奥には読書好きなご主人のための2畳ほどの小さなおこもり空間がある。天井には2階に通じる通り道もあり、ちょっとした少年心をくすぐる仕様になっている。
Start With Art InteriorsThe brief for this design was to create a contemporary space with Indian inspiration. A tapestry of the Goddess Kali formed the basis of the design with rich oranges, warm greens and golds featuring throughout the space. The kitchen was built at the rear of the space and designed from scratch. Tiffany lighting, luxurious fabrics and reclaimed furniture are just a few of the standout features in this design.
