Mal Corboy DesignThis penthouse apartment has glorious 270-degree views, and when we engaged to complete the extensive renovation, we knew that this apartment would be a visual masterpiece once finished. So we took inspiration from the colours featuring in many of their art pieces, which we bought into the kitchen colour, soft furnishings and wallpaper. We kept the bathrooms a more muted palette using a pale green on the cabinetry. The MC Lozza dining table, custom-designed wall units and make-up area added uniqueness to this space.

Une grande horloge en métal a été accroché face au comptoir d'accueil. Les tableaux de Jacques Pisani apportent de la couleur et du contrast au style industriel de la pièce.

Metke Remodeling & Luxury Homes– Update the tired 1980’s finishes that had more than served their purpose, trying to tie into some of the home’s architectural features (brick fireplace, tall ceilings and large windows). A brick back splash in the kitchen bridges between the industrial feel of the existing brick fireplace and more contemporary kitchen. Unique lighting fixtures add drama to many spaces.

Мягкая тумба выполняет сразу две функции: её можно использовать как стул для косметического столика или для того, чтобы сидя обуваться. Большие авторские зеркала с подсветкой выполнены на заказ.
Здесь же у нас находится скрытая небольшая комната, которую мы оборудовали как прачечную и зону для хранения хозяйственно-бытовых вещей.
Отдельно стоит упомянуть двери: в этих апартаментах все двери визуально не выделяются. Данное решение очень эффективно в небольших пространствах. Так, скрытые двери способствуют созданию более чистого и минималистичного вида интерьера, позволяя сконцентрировать внимание на окружающей обстановке и декорировании, а не на самих дверях. В свою очередь, в маленьких помещениях или комнатах, где ощущается нехватка свободного места, скрытые двери позволяют сэкономить визуальное пространство и расширить помещение.
