With this project my goal was to help my client host as many guests as possible. We always discuss the ideas, talk about paint colors, lighting, decor, and ways to add textures. During construction we do everything needed to execute the design.

AIBD - American Institute of Building DesignThe client’s coastal New England roots inspired this Shingle style design for a lakefront lot. With a background in interior design, her ideas strongly influenced the process, presenting both challenge and reward in executing her exact vision. Vintage coastal style grounds a thoroughly modern open floor plan, designed to house a busy family with three active children. A primary focus was the kitchen, and more importantly, the butler’s pantry tucked behind it. Flowing logically from the garage entry and mudroom, and with two access points from the main kitchen, it fulfills the utilitarian functions of storage and prep, leaving the main kitchen free to shine as an integral part of the open living area.

Design interieur Terada Yumi会員制スポーツジムのインテリア。墨出しが始まってから（Before画像参照）の依頼で設計事務所のデザインが納得いかないままにスタートしたプロジェクト。急遽オーナー様のご自宅を軒手掛けたことがご縁でご依頼があり、担当することになりました。ジム内部のインテリアから看板含むファサードまで短期で仕上げなければならないため、工期の厳しい物件でした。コンセプトは都会に潤いある空間を！ということでオーナー様のキーカラー、ブルーのカラーパレットグラデーションで仕上げました。
