Cafeina Design
Located at the heart of Puebla state mountains in Mexico, an area of great natural beauty and rugged topography, inhabited mainly by nahuatl and totonacas. The project answers to the needs of expansion of the local network of sustainable alternative tourism TosepanKali complementing the services offered by the existing hotel.
The building is shaped in an organic geometry to create a natural and “out of the city” relaxing experience and link to the rich cultural and natural inheritance of the town. The architectural program includes a reception, juice bar, a massage and treatment area, an ecological swimming pool, and a traditional “temazcal” bath, since the aim of the project is to merge local medicinal traditions with contemporary wellness treatments.
Sited at a former quarry, the building organic geometry also dialogs and adapts with the context and relates to the historical coffee plantations of the region. Conceived to create the less impact possible on the site, the program is placed into different level terraces adapting the space into the existing topography. The materials used were locally manufactured, including: adobe earth block, quarry stone, structural bamboo. It also includes eco-friendly technologies like a natural rain water swimming pool, and onsite waste water treatment.
Lumar InteriorsWith an excellent eye for design, this client needed help in executing and procuring the look she was after. We helped design the stunning fireplace wall and gave a facelift to the kitchen with new counters and hardware. We completely furnished the family room and kitchen eating area, including light fixtures. We also helped design and furnish the dining room and front hall.
They wanted the custom details provided through their renovation and furnishings that took their home from builder-basic to very upscale.

NO 28 zitiert die sich in den 90ern neu erfindende Kaffeekultur. Der „Coffee to go“ gehört zum Zeitgeist einer mobilen, modernen Gesellschaft. Die Greek Diners in New York haben das Konzept des „Coffee to go“ erfunden.
NO 31 PILLOWBOX - Charmantes Hellgrau. Ein Ton für Boudoirs und Powder Rooms. Der Pillbox-Hut, am elegantesten in pastelligen Grautönen, wird auf den Häuptern der Stilikonen der 60er selbst zur Ikone. Bis heute ist er ein beliebtes Modezitat und Statement zeitloser Eleganz.

Во всем старались соблюсти строгость форм,четкую геометрию, симметрию. Важную роль в создании нужной атмосферы, в создании уюта мы доверили краске Ланорс Монс и не пожалели, а наоборот, остались в восторге от результата. В основу для всех помещений выбрали №3 Сливочный Монс и заказчик буквально был удивлен,что в каждом помещении этот цвет выглядел по-другому... Взаимодействовал с мебелью, с другими цветовыми акцентами и превращался в другой цвет.... Волшебство.
