A.M. Home DécorationMa mission a été d'apporter du charme et du confort à cette maison récemment construite.
Mon fil conducteur pour ce projet de décoration a été la proximité de la mer et l'écrin de verdure réalisé à l'extérieur.
Mon client a validé l'apport de jolis produits en complément des meubles existants.
Le mélange de couleurs de teintes douces créer une ambiance chaleureuse.
Un panoramique de style bibliothèque personnalise la décoration du passage entre la cuisine et le salon.
Tables de salon, tapis, luminaires, objet de décoration, plantes, tout a été pensé pour créer un véritable cocon dans cet espace ouvert sur la nature.
Des panoramiques décorent les chambres. Les couleurs douces s’allient de pièce en pièce. L’apport de luminaires amène un complément de décoration. Un miroir et de jolis tableaux personnalisent les espaces.
Aucune pièce n’a été oubliée, en passant par les toilettes avec son papier peint et par la salle de bain dont le plafond a été coloré pour la dynamiser.

Ocean Project DevelopmentsBattersea Builders were instructed to renovate, redesign and extend a split level flat above a commercial unit which had been derelict for some years.
We removed all of the internal structure, but kept the front and rear facade, with cosmetic improvements made to its appearance.
We completely rebuilt the structure to create two new split level apartments and carried out significant work to the commercial unit on the ground floor.
The first apartment was designed and built as split level and incorporated a new mansard loft. The other incorporated a new rear extension.
Both flats were designed with neutral colours for the floors and walls with a stylish modern grey and black open plan kitchen installed. The bathroom colour scheme was kept simple and classic with ceramic tiling and white goods.

Edel & Schlicht, LeipzigDie Wandverkleidung aus Samt bringt nicht nur Farbe in diesen Flur einer Leipziger Wohnung. Sie absorbiert mit ihrer weichen Oberfläche auch den Schall, der von den übrigen "harten" Materialien wie Fliesen, Beton und Glas reflektiert wird.
Das unterste Segment verbirgt zudem die Heizkreisverteilung der Fußbodenheizung. Der Garderobenschrank mit Ledergriffen wurde hellgrau matt lackiert.
Four Elements ConstructionThese clients were referred to us by another happy client! They wanted to refresh the main and second levels of their early 2000 home, as well as create a more open feel to their main floor and lose some of the dated highlights like green laminate countertops, oak cabinets, flooring, and railing. A 3-way fireplace dividing the family room and dining nook was removed, and a great room concept created. Existing oak floors were sanded and refinished, the kitchen was redone with new cabinet facing, countertops, and a massive new island with additional cabinetry. A new electric fireplace was installed on the outside family room wall with a wainscoting and brick surround. Additional custom wainscoting was installed in the front entry and stairwell to the upstairs. New flooring and paint throughout, new trim, doors, and railing were also added. All three bathrooms were gutted and re-done with beautiful cabinets, counters, and tile. A custom bench with lockers and cubby storage was also created for the main floor hallway / back entry. What a transformation! A completely new and modern home inside!
RAJ Kitchen and Bath, LLCThis laundry room, was a space room in the back of the house where all the extra items would normally go. We converted it into a laundry room for better usage of the space. The compact design holds the laundry, linen closet, water meter, electrical panel and tons of storage all blend in seememless into the space to make this room fresh and inviting.
