Adding a wet bar in your home can be used to entertain guests or to provide a quick convenient way to access drinks, snacks or other accouterments. This bar was installed to prevent our clients from having to walk down 2 flights of stairs, to their kitchen, in their 3 story home. Now they can fully enjoy watching movies, making use of their built in microwave for popcorn and sipping on drinks from the refrigerator with glass door.

John McClain DesignA stylish and functional wet bar situated inside a media room provides all that you need for entertaining. Not pictured is the rear cabinetry and refrigerator. Black cabinets with antique brass hardware really set the tone against the textured metallic wallpaper. Clean white counters and geometric pendants calm the space, while wooden barstools add an organic touch.

Everything HomeA neutral color palette punctuated by warm wood tones and large windows create a comfortable, natural environment that combines casual southern living with European coastal elegance. The 10-foot tall pocket doors leading to a covered porch were designed in collaboration with the architect for seamless indoor-outdoor living. Decorative house accents including stunning wallpapers, vintage tumbled bricks, and colorful walls create visual interest throughout the space. Beautiful fireplaces, luxury furnishings, statement lighting, comfortable furniture, and a fabulous basement entertainment area make this home a welcome place for relaxed, fun gatherings.

TruKitchensA nod to the custom black hood in the kitchen, the dark Blackstone finish on the wet bar cabinets in Grabill's Harrison door style is a showstopper. The glass door uppers sparkle against the black tile backsplash and gray quartz countertop.

Rudloff Custom BuildersRight off the kitchen is a butler’s pantry. The dark blue raised panel cabinets with satin gold pulls and the white quartz counter correspond with the kitchen. We used mirrors for the backsplash and on the upper cabinets. And, of course, no beverage center is complete with a wine refrigerator!
Sleek and contemporary, this beautiful home is located in Villanova, PA. Blue, white and gold are the palette of this transitional design. With custom touches and an emphasis on flow and an open floor plan, the renovation included the kitchen, family room, butler’s pantry, mudroom, two powder rooms and floors.
