Amy Troute Inspired Interior DesignOur team renovated and completely furnished our client’s Tualatin home three years ago and when they planned a move to a much larger home in Lake Oswego, they included ATIID in a major renovation, new addition and furnishings. We first determined the best way to incorporate the furniture we’d recently sourced for every room in their current home, then upgrade new formal and entertaining spaces big time with color and style! In the living room, we looked to custom furnishings, natural textures and a splash of fresh green to create the ultimate family gathering space. Hand painted wallpaper inspired our formal dining room, where bold blue and mixed metals meet warm wood tones and an awe-inspiring chandelier. Wallpaper also added interest in the powder bath, master and guest bedrooms. The most significant change to the home was the addition of the “Play Room” with golf simulator, outdoor living room and swimming pool for decidedly grown-up entertaining. This home is large but the spaces live cozy and welcoming for the family and all their friends!

The Kitchen and Bath Gallery, IncThis basement bar features knotty alder cabinetry with custom wine storage. The Kitchen Aid icemaker, U-Line beverage center, and Fisher Paykel drawer dishwasher all have custom wood fronts to match cabinetry. The wall oven is a GE Advantium. Big Bear Developers LLCFamily Room, Home Bar - Beautiful Studs-Out-Remodel in Palm Beach Gardens, FL. We gutted this house "to the studs," taking it down to its original floor plan. Drywall, insulation, flooring, tile, cabinetry, doors and windows, trim and base, plumbing, the roof, landscape, and ceiling fixtures were stripped away, leaving nothing but beams and unfinished flooring. Essentially, we demolished the home's interior to rebuild it from scratch.
KAS Interior DesignThis is a pool house that opens up to an outdoor living space. Large porcelain tiles are inlaid with mosaic glass tiles. The furniture is all indoor - outdoor quality with durable fabric. The cabinets are painted gray with glass door cabinets. The kitchenette includes sink, under counter two drawer refrigerator, two drawer dishwasher and ice maker and built in microwave.
Harte Remodels, LLCThis 3 year old house with a completely unfinished open-plan basement, gets a large u-shaped bar, media room, game area, home gym, full bathroom and storage.
Extensive use of woodwork, stone, tile, lighting and glass transformed this space into a luxuriously useful retreat.
