The Cleary CompanyCovered outdoor bar area transitions between indoor and outdoor pools. New 650sf pavilion structure situated over 1/3 of the outdoor pool. With the combination of steel posts, steel beams, very large LVLs and I-Joists, were we able to span and area of approximately 25’x35’ with only perimeter posts.

Constructive Design ServicesThe custom bar is backlit and has bronze mirrors with glass shelves at back bar. The panels are flat made of rift cut oak with rolled steel inlay, that has been "blued" and sealed.
Albert, Righter & Tittmann Architects, Inc.This compound of new buildings adopts a vernacular rural style, reinforcing the culture of the place by using simple barn forms. The composition is unified by painting all the buildings the traditional ferrous oxide red.
JMT Fine LivingRustic game room has a clean modern influence. Ralph lauren chairs covered in embossed alligator leather, Red Rock wool blankets covers the back rests and arms. Cabinet InnovationsThe mixture of blues, greys and whites in the subway tile sharpen the Wood-Mode finish on the cabinets. A custom high gloss paint to match the island cabinets is featured in this home bar. Toe kick matches the cabinet finish. The overall design is finished with a 3" natural quartz countertop; Taj Mahal.
