The dining room showcases our commitment to innovation, featuring a stunning stone table with a custom brass base, beautiful wallpaper, and an elegant crystal light. Our use of vibrant hues of blues and greens in the formal living room brings a touch of life and energy to the space, while the grand room lives up to its name with sophisticated light fixtures and exquisite furnishings.
In the kitchen, we've combined whites and golds with splashes of black and touches of green leather in the bar stools to create a one-of-a-kind space that is both functional and luxurious. Distinctive Residential Design, LLCA custom designed wet bar that was hand made by Amish carpenters. Unique applied wood mouldings accent the glass front cabinets creating a central focal point.
The DesignersThis makeover took an existing oak cabinet and updated it by creating a faux finish that has a shabby chic touch. The display wall was redesigned to hold crystal and a stone accented niche for the unique wine opener. The wood detail is a new design completely revamped. The oak stairway has been replaced with a Renaissance iron stair rail. Red multicolored pendants hang above the granite top. The Travertine tile floor reflects a touch of Tuscany and extends into a broken tile design as it flows behind the bar. The area under the stair has been redesigned as a wine cellar complimented by the faux stone arch.
Jenkins Custom HomesThis wet bar is concealed from the main living room by a door. The study is concealed from the bar by a hidden door.
