AVID Associates LLCA modern and warm wine room and bar in a home in Dallas, Texas features a plate glass wall separating the bar area and climate controlled wine storage. The back wall is accented with an Austin stone material, while modern wine racks are both functional and beautiful. Abstract art pulls in the colors tones in the granite countertops while back lit honey onyx graces the front of the bar. Modern pendant lighting was installed at varying heights for added interest and drama.

The front of the bar and the backsplash of the back counter are 3form. The leather barstools are from Allan Knight and Associates, Dallas. Studio M Kitchen & BathA dry bar in Benjamin Moore's Hale Navy with bold brass hardware makes a grand statement and gives a nod to the home's location on Lake Minnetonka.
Fuchsia InteriorsBasement space transformed into a cosy theatre room including a bar space fitted into the under-stair cavity.
The colour scheme inspired by the fabulous natural 'lava like' stone used on the bar bench-top and splash-back.
Luxury furnishings were all custom made to fit the space exactly.
Clawson CabinetsIt has been dubbed the "Scullery Area" and is part Butler's Pantry/Part Wet Par/Part Coffee station. It provides a second sink and dishwasher for clean up after larger family events and the pocket doors and lift doors provide storage at counter level and a way to hide the various countertop appliances that are necessary but not always the most glamorous. The coffee and tea station holds everything you need with easy access to the family room and refrigerator. It promotes a welcoming help yourself as well as self-sufficiency among family, friends and guests.
