Talk about MAN CAVE! We finished this basement in Olathe and were finally able to go by there and grab some completion pictures. If there is a big game on, and you can't reach us? We are likely in this basement. A few details? 145" diagonal HD projection TV with custom 7:1 surround sound, full wet-bar (with another TV), full bathroom and a play room.

The upper custom cabinetry allows for the option for three future tv’s. Vertical bead board was stained to match the espresso finish of the cabinetry. Access for mechanical of the system was created at the front of the bar thru the bead boards.

This customized humidor sits in the corner of the "Man Cave" and features the same "Trevi" hardware and "Magma Gold" granite that were used in the bar area. This "Man Cave" utilizes two commercial "smoke eater" units to keep the air circulating and prevents the space from smelling like cigars! These units are miracle workers as you could not detect the slightest trace of cigar odor!

A modern and warm wine room and bar in a home in Dallas, Texas features a plate glass wall separating the bar area and climate controlled wine storage. The back wall is accented with an Austin stone material, while modern wine racks are both functional and beautiful. Abstract art pulls in the colors tones in the granite countertops while back lit honey onyx graces the front of the bar. Modern pendant lighting was installed at varying heights for added interest and drama.

This project earned its name 'The Herringbone House' because of the reclaimed wood accents styled in the Herringbone pattern. This project was focused heavily on pattern and texture. The wife described her style as "beachy buddha" and the husband loved industrial pieces. We married the two styles together and used wood accents and texture to tie them seamlessly. You'll notice the living room features an amazing view of the water and this design concept plays perfectly into that zen vibe. We removed the tile and replaced it with beautiful hardwood floors to balance the rooms and avoid distraction. The owners of this home love Cuban art and funky pieces, so we constructed these built-ins to showcase their amazing collection.

Cabinetry in a Mink finish was used for the bar cabinets and media built-ins. Ledge stone was used for the bar backsplash, bar wall and fireplace surround to create consistency throughout the basement.
