Cherrywood Custom WoodworkingThis custom home bar is sprayed black conversion varnish with rubbed-through edge details to give it that antiqued and worn look. Additional features include soft-close raised panel doors, a 1 3/8" maple butcher block countertop, a decorative rock tile backsplash, under cabinet lighting and a mini wine refrigerator.
Everything HomeIn this gorgeous Carmel residence, the primary objective for the great room was to achieve a more luminous and airy ambiance by eliminating the prevalent brown tones and refinishing the floors to a natural shade.
The kitchen underwent a stunning transformation, featuring white cabinets with stylish navy accents. The overly intricate hood was replaced with a striking two-tone metal hood, complemented by a marble backsplash that created an enchanting focal point. The two islands were redesigned to incorporate a new shape, offering ample seating to accommodate their large family.
In the butler's pantry, floating wood shelves were installed to add visual interest, along with a beverage refrigerator. The kitchen nook was transformed into a cozy booth-like atmosphere, with an upholstered bench set against beautiful wainscoting as a backdrop. An oval table was introduced to add a touch of softness.
To maintain a cohesive design throughout the home, the living room carried the blue and wood accents, incorporating them into the choice of fabrics, tiles, and shelving. The hall bath, foyer, and dining room were all refreshed to create a seamless flow and harmonious transition between each space.

Espace et TomettesNous avons utilisé cet ancien placard, pour créer un nouvel espace : un bar à cocktail. Notre client souhaitait redonner un sens à cette zone de la maison et avoir un lieu de rassemblement entre amis. Ici tout est à portée de main pour laisser libre cours à la créativité des papilles. Les meubles sont adaptés pour coller parfaitement à l'espace disponible, la cave à vin est incorporée dans les rangements, les étagères mettent en valeur les belles bouteilles des propriétaires. L'espace est ouvert sur le salon et vert la baie vitrée donnant sur la piscine.
London Design CollaborativeThe drinks cabinet is for us one of the highlights of this property.
The owners are book lovers and didn’t want their spirits on permanent display. So we hid them behind 2 sliding bookshelves. The wine fridges were kept visible since they add lighting and atmosphere.
Shaker style spray lacquered door handle. Solid Oak interior, with visible Oak recessed finger bar. The wine coolers are Miele.
WoodwaysThis built in mini bar is custom made by Woodways talented builders. Included is a mini cooler for wine storage as well as several drawers of varying sizes for all storage and organizational needs.

Everything HomeThe new construction luxury home was designed by our Carmel design-build studio with the concept of 'hygge' in mind – crafting a soothing environment that exudes warmth, contentment, and coziness without being overly ornate or cluttered. Inspired by Scandinavian style, the design incorporates clean lines and minimal decoration, set against soaring ceilings and walls of windows. These features are all enhanced by warm finishes, tactile textures, statement light fixtures, and carefully selected art pieces.
In the living room, a bold statement wall was incorporated, making use of the 4-sided, 2-story fireplace chase, which was enveloped in large format marble tile. Each bedroom was crafted to reflect a unique character, featuring elegant wallpapers, decor, and luxurious furnishings. The primary bathroom was characterized by dark enveloping walls and floors, accentuated by teak, and included a walk-through dual shower, overhead rain showers, and a natural stone soaking tub.
An open-concept kitchen was fitted, boasting state-of-the-art features and statement-making lighting. Adding an extra touch of sophistication, a beautiful basement space was conceived, housing an exquisite home bar and a comfortable lounge area.
