SGDI - Sarah Gallop Design Inc.Downstairs the entertainment continues with a wine room, full bar, theatre, and golf simulator. Sound-proofing and Control-4 automation ease comfort and operation, so the media room can be optimized to allow multi-generation entertaining or optimal sports/event venue enjoyment. A bathroom off the social space ensures rambunctious entertainment is contained to the basement… and to top it all off, the room opens onto a landscaped putting green.

Interior Trends Inc. Design & RemodelingThis space used to be the existing kitchen. We were able to rearrange the cabinets and add in some new cabinets to create this bar. The front of the curved bar is copper with a patina technique. Two colors of concrete countertops were used for the bar area to pick up on the color of the stacked stone veneer we used as the backsplash. The floating shelves have LED lighting underneath. Illuminated open cabinets await new collections! We also installed a climate controlled wine cellar.

Historic Flooring LLCThis gorgeous wide plank antique Oak is our most requested floor! With dramatic widths ranging from 6 to 12 inches (14 inches in some cases), you can easily bring an old-world charm into your home. This product comes to you completely pre-finished and ready to install.
We start by hand sanding the surface, beveling the edges ever so slightly, and being careful to preserve the historical integrity of the planks. Typically, about 80% of your flooring will be "Smooth" with the remaining 20% having a slight texture from the original saw kerfs. This material will also have nail holes, knots, and checks which only adds to the unique character.
Next, we apply Waterlox, a tung oil based sealant with or without stain added. Finally, 3 coats of Vermont Polywhey finish are added with a hand buffing between coats. The result is a luxurious satiny finish that you can only get from Historic Flooring!

Denise Quade Design36" SubZero Pro Refrigerator anchors one end of the back wall of this basement bar. The other side is a hidden pantry cabinet. The wall cabinets were brought down the countertop and include glass doors and glass shelves. Glass shelves span the width between the cabients and sit in front of a back lit glass panel that adds to the ambiance of the bar. Undercounter wine refrigerators were incorporated on the back wall as well.
