La pandémie a fait changer notre façon de travailler et certaines entreprises autorisent de plus en plus le télétravail. Cet aménagement a été pensé pour être le plus fonctionnel dans cet espace réduit avec des rangements, étagères et un grand espace de travail pouvant accueillir deux personnes. Sous le bureau un accessoire discret permet le rangement des câbles et évite un emmêlage. Les clients souhaitaient une décoration sobre avec du bois dominant, un environnement de travail dans lequel on se sent bien !
SHELTER Custom-Built LivingA handsome office is dressed in masculine features, many of which display the owner’s profession and interests. The room boasts a desk wrapped in Nero Marquina stone with custom wrapped
brass legs, a built-in bookcase with shelving that
features brass inlays, and a handcrafted brass ladder built to enhance the floating shelving and design of the bookcase. Ivory leather wallpaper graces the walls while a woven wood wallpaper
in a geometric pattern canvases the ceiling for contrast and
visual interest. Butler also placed a major focus on lighting, with
backlit shelves that spotlight the doctor’s numerous books.

Office cabinetry features textured woodgrain laminates in contrasting colors. Counter top features fingerprintless technology in a super matte finish. All cabinetry includes file drawers, pull out paper shredder and desk item storage. Accent lighting enhances day and night time viewing pleasure.
DeccoprintArt Deco style has become increasingly popular lately. Why is this French style of the 20's returning? You may or may not ask… but we can try to answer anyway! Art Deco symbolizes stability, structure, wealth, cleanliness and, of course, the Gatsby era! Without a doubt – important things nowadays! It's like the mainstream modern style, but different – more colorful. Besides, it should be noted that both styles mainly use clean lines.
Cleanliness and clean lines – that's Hotsy-Totsy, as you would say in the twenties.
Garden RetreatMr & Mrs S approached Garden Retreat requiring two buildings, a garden studio and a larger garage to the one they already had. We were delighted to win the project and in addition to the two buildings we were also given the opportunity to organise and mange the ground works, drainage and clearance.
The Studio Garden Building is constructed using an external 16mm tanalised cladding and bitumen paper to ensure any damp is kept out of the building. The walls are constructed using a 75mm x 38mm timber frame, 50mm Celotex and a 12mm inner lining grooved ply to finish the walls. The total thickness of the walls is 100mm which lends itself to all year round use. The floor is manufactured using heavy duty bearers, 75mm Celotex and a 15mm ply floor which comes with a laminated floor as standard and there are 4 options to choose from, alternatively you can fit your own vinyl or carpet.
The roof is pitched (standard 2.5m to ridge) insulated and comes with an ply ceiling, felt tile roof, underfelt and internal spot lights or light panels. Within the electrics pack there is consumer unit, 3 brushed stainless steel double sockets and a switch. We also install sockets with built in USB charging points which is very useful and this building also has external spots (not standard on the studio model) to light up the porch area.
This particular model is supplied with one set of 1200mm wide anthracite grey uPVC French doors and three 600mm side lights and a 600mm x 900mm uPVC casement window. The height of this particular buildings has been increased by 300mm to increase headroom and has two internal rooms for storage. The building is designed to be modular so during the ordering process you have the opportunity to choose where you want the windows and doors to be.

MOTIF Design Solutions, LLCGrab a book and get settled into this cozy reading nook. An otherwise unused attic space was converted into a reading room and home office for the owner. Although collected and eclectic, this room became a fast favorite for relaxing on a lazy afternoon.

Le Fil Rouge - DesignNous vous présentons la réhabilitation de cette petite chambre étudiante en nos petits bureaux pour toute l'équipe du Fil Rouge - Design.
Mettant un point d'honneur au respect de l'identité visuelle, nous avons fait correspondre les couleurs à notre palette chromatique.
Nous avons également voulu retranscrire notre bienveillance avec une ambiance feutrée et douce (velours des chaises et des coussins) ainsi que notre dynamisme avec un papier peint coloré aux motifs floraux !
Ce papier peint sert aussi à délimiter ce petit espace, entre zone bureaux et zone repos / repas.
Le placard, servant de matériauthèque, est également un tableau noir afin que nous puissions nous en servir de
pense-bête. La petite tablette haute est également en peinture à craie et se décroche facilement et sert de tableau modulable (pour les brainstorming par exemple).
Quelques éléments sont empreint du style ethnique pour nous permettre de voyager un peu pendant nos pauses.
La vue dégagée sur la basilique de Fourvière nous aide également à nous évader quelques instants.
