The property was marketed towards families moving up the property ladder so it was important to strike a balance between feeling warm and indulgent but also modern and appealing to younger buyers.
Direct Home Remodeling, Inc.New art studio conversion for our clients in Morgan Hill. Each space was designed for comfort, creativity and easy cleanup. We used White laminate counter tops with an integrated stainless steel sink above the custom white cabinetry. The flooring is a mosaic of gray slab tile with grey grout.
California Closets of MichiganThis cool, sleek, modern, in-home wine bar system is ideal for entertaining. High gloss doors and drawers, along with a pull-down TV system maximizes space and provides discrete storage with a sharp design.

Simpson & VoyleThis space is a veritable homage to bibliophiles, boasting a magnificent wall-to-wall bookcase that stretches towards the ceiling, its pale finish providing a clean, modern backdrop for the colorful spines of countless books. The two armchairs upholstered in a contemporary fabric in teal with an ikat pattern offer a visually stunning and comfortable nook for reading and relaxation. The chess table, crafted from rich mahogany, adds a touch of traditional sophistication. The soft, luxurious rug underfoot in a muted blue anchors the room, while the contemporary lighting installation with oversized milky orbs adds an avant-garde touch to the classical aesthetic.
Lemmontree DesignThe old garage was not being used to its full potential. We completely gutted the space, insulated the ceiling, floor and walls, installed Schluter waterproofing under the porcelain tile at the entry and then installed carpet tiles in the remainder of the space. We transformed the room into a new home office with meeting area and tiny kitchenette. The meeting area has been used for Christmas dinners as well as a local 'rentable' meeting space.
