Ko'olau BuildersRemodeling this Kahala home to accommodate a young, growing family. We’ve demolished 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and are replacing them with 3 new bedrooms, 2 new bathrooms, and a family room.
Mom and Dad will enjoy their master suite getaway on a new 2nd story, with a master bedroom, bathroom and walk-in closet.
Separate of the additions above, the existing garage will be re-configured to free up the space the old driveway used, and new laundry room will be added off of the garage and kitchen – laundry rooms are always a great addition!
Herald Gardell, Ltd. Design ServicesThis was an annex office that wasn't very inviting and was rarely used. We turned it into a library/office/private TV nook. The custom woodwork incorporates an ingenious murphy bed system with a high-grade mattress and a wood panel base. the bed can be retracted fully made. The cabinetry on either side of the bed offers built-in guest closets, dresser drawers, pull-out night stands and charging stations.
Creative Furniture GalleriesGorgeously crafted in a white high gloss, the Mia modern office desk is another lovely additon to the J&M Office Collection. This office desk features a smoked grey glass leg for an eyecatching design, and 2 drawers with soft closing tracks for storage. The design of this desk allows for the drawer to be easily reversed on either side, and the length can be adjusted as well.
