Everything HomeOur Indiana design studio gave this Centerville Farmhouse an urban-modern design language with a clean, streamlined look that exudes timeless, casual sophistication with industrial elements and a monochromatic palette.

Jane Antonacci Interior DesignSpecialty paint on the walls of this round room create the appearance of paneling. A French table desk started the design and gave the feeling of a French room.The Michael Taylor chair was custom painted to coordinate with the colors of the room. Silk upholstery was applied to it. Orren Pickell Building GroupThe home office/library features a dark painted wainscot wall and wall papered tray ceiling. The trim detail at the ceiling is painted in Benjamin Moore 2136-10 "Black Knight" in a satin finish. The cabinetry is maple and painted in the same black satin finish.
Dual Concept DesignBright home office, located right off of the main entry, features built ins for storage and display of collected artifacts. Soft, blue walls with a pop of color in the artwork, and accents of brass metal throughout set the tone for the rest of the spaces in the home.
Ellsworth Design BuildThe clients loved the concept of bringing the colors of nature from outside their windows into the space, so different shades of green, blue and natural wood tones were used throughout.
DANE AUSTIN INTERIOR DESIGN Boston & CambridgeThe pairing of antiques, including the French desk and two occasional chairs, with iconic mid-century modern furniture and contemporary art adds interest with a worldly feel.

The natural lighting is excellent, but on overcast days or nighttime, the homeowner can make great use of the recessed lights and the pendant lights.
KES StudioInspired by the Griffith Observatory perched atop the Hollywood Hills, this luxury 5,078 square foot penthouse is like a mansion in the sky. Suffused by natural light, this penthouse has a unique, upscale industrial style with rough-hewn wood finishes, polished marble and fixtures reflecting a hand-made European craftsmanship.
12/12 Architects & PlannersThis 1990s brick home had decent square footage and a massive front yard, but no way to enjoy it. Each room needed an update, so the entire house was renovated and remodeled, and an addition was put on over the existing garage to create a symmetrical front. The old brown brick was painted a distressed white.
The 500sf 2nd floor addition includes 2 new bedrooms for their teen children, and the 12'x30' front porch lanai with standing seam metal roof is a nod to the homeowners' love for the Islands. Each room is beautifully appointed with large windows, wood floors, white walls, white bead board ceilings, glass doors and knobs, and interior wood details reminiscent of Hawaiian plantation architecture.
The kitchen was remodeled to increase width and flow, and a new laundry / mudroom was added in the back of the existing garage. The master bath was completely remodeled. Every room is filled with books, and shelves, many made by the homeowner.
