Camilla Molders DesignCamilla Molders Design was invited to participate in Como By Design - the first Interior Showhouse in Australia in 18 years.
Como by Design saw 24 interior designers temporarily reimagined the interior of the historic Como House in South Yarra for 3 days in October. As a national trust house, the original fabric of the house was to remain intact and returned to the original state after the exhibition.
Our design worked along side exisiting some antique pieces such as a mirror, bookshelf, chandelier and the original pink carpet.
Add some colour to the walls and furnishings in the room that were all custom designed by Camilla Molders Design including the chairs, rug, screen and desk - made for a cosy and welcoming sitting room.
it is a little to sad to think this lovely cosy room only existed for 1 week!
Warren French InteriorsWaterside Apartment overlooking Falmouth Marina and Restronguet. This apartment was a blank canvas of Brilliant White and oak flooring. It now encapsulates shades of the ocean and the richness of sunsets, creating a unique, luxury and colourful space.
Designs AustraliaTraditional style shelving units built into alcoves either side of fireplace. Two storage cupboards to right hand side with frame and panel doors. Quarter sawn timber to bring out natural wood feature. Adjustable shelves throughout.
Size of each unit: 1.3m wide x 2.8m high x 0.3m deep
Materials: Solid and veneer quarter sawn American Oak stained to match existing furniture with clear satin lacquer finish.
Henck Design LLCEach room in the home has its own feeling and use. The husband’s office is very masculine and the wife’s boudoir is perfectly pink and also functions so that she can do her seamstress work and have office space. It even has guest space with the sleeper sofa as well. The house truly reflects the personalities of our clients, while meeting the couples day-to-day needs. While having a very modern and sophisticated style, the 4 story townhome is very colorful and vibrant to suit our client’s funky style!
