ALTS DESIGN OFFICE (アルツ デザイン オフィス)コア型収納で職住を別ける家
本計画は、京都市左京区にある築30年、床面積73㎡のマンショリノベーションです。
リモートワークをされるご夫婦で作業スペースと生活のスペースをゆるやかに分ける必要がありました。
そこで、マンション中心部にコアとなる収納を設け職と住を分ける計画としました。
約6ｍのカウンターデスクと背面には、収納を設けています。コンパクトにまとめられた
ワークスペースは、人の最小限の動作で作業ができるスペースとなっています。また、
ふんだんに設けられた収納スペースには、仕事の物だけではなく、趣味の物なども収納
することができます。仕事との物と、趣味の物がまざりあうことによっても、ゆとりがうまれています。
近年リモートワークが増加している中で、職と住との関係性が必要となっています。
多様化する働き方と住まいの考えかたをコア型収納でゆるやかに繋げることにより、
ONとOFFを切り替えながらも、豊かに生活ができる住宅となりました。
Design interieur Terada Yumi中世のインテリアが好きという奥様。ヒアリングしていくと一般的な中世というより、ウィリアムモリスが描く中世の世界観だとわかりました。 古い書物が並ぶ本棚やウィリアムモリスのファブリックや壁紙をメインにイギリス商材を合わせてとことん再現。手持ちの家具に合うインテリアをご提案いたしました。
㈱ハウスM21担当建築家からの質問。「家とは何ですか？」に対して、「家とはパワーを充電する場所」と答えたお施主様。パワーを充電するために、自分たちがくつろげる空間を建築家と模索しました。より心地よく過ごせるように、お施主様のライフスタイルにあったリビング畳を採用。より心地よく過ごせるように、インテリアはシンプルに。玄関収納は、個人ごとに物が管理できるようにと、ロッカーのような作りにしました。またご主人が趣味の時間を過ごせるように、畳敷きの書斎スペースも確保。
M-Squared Contracting Inc.This estate is a transitional home that blends traditional architectural elements with clean-lined furniture and modern finishes. The fine balance of curved and straight lines results in an uncomplicated design that is both comfortable and relaxing while still sophisticated and refined. The red-brick exterior façade showcases windows that assure plenty of light. Once inside, the foyer features a hexagonal wood pattern with marble inlays and brass borders which opens into a bright and spacious interior with sumptuous living spaces. The neutral silvery grey base colour palette is wonderfully punctuated by variations of bold blue, from powder to robin’s egg, marine and royal. The anything but understated kitchen makes a whimsical impression, featuring marble counters and backsplashes, cherry blossom mosaic tiling, powder blue custom cabinetry and metallic finishes of silver, brass, copper and rose gold. The opulent first-floor powder room with gold-tiled mosaic mural is a visual feast.
12/12 Architects & PlannersThis 1990s brick home had decent square footage and a massive front yard, but no way to enjoy it. Each room needed an update, so the entire house was renovated and remodeled, and an addition was put on over the existing garage to create a symmetrical front. The old brown brick was painted a distressed white.
The 500sf 2nd floor addition includes 2 new bedrooms for their teen children, and the 12'x30' front porch lanai with standing seam metal roof is a nod to the homeowners' love for the Islands. Each room is beautifully appointed with large windows, wood floors, white walls, white bead board ceilings, glass doors and knobs, and interior wood details reminiscent of Hawaiian plantation architecture.
The kitchen was remodeled to increase width and flow, and a new laundry / mudroom was added in the back of the existing garage. The master bath was completely remodeled. Every room is filled with books, and shelves, many made by the homeowner.

Andrea Schumacher InteriorsThis home office has a beautiful blue, recessed bookshelf set against a white and brown speckled wallpaper. There are two multi-color, patterned accent chairs and a green leather ottoman. The room also features an exposed wood-beam ceiling and a black globe chandelier.

We followed the lines of the roofline to maximize the shelving. This creates a fabulous and functional office in an otherwise unused room.

株式会社kotoriご家族皆さんの趣味が読書というT様のご要望に十分におこたえ出来たと思われる大容量の本棚。LDKの横に位置し、製作建具を閉めることで個室として利用することもできます。脇のロフト梯子を登れば小屋裏空間にアクセスできます。
Дизайн-студия "Аквариус"Комната для гостей расположена на солнечной стороне, а это значит, что обилие яркого света визуально увеличивает пространство, делая его позитивным и гостеприимным. Но, много света, тоже, не очень хорошо, поэтому мы на окна повесили плотные шторы-жалюзи. Здесь же рабочий уголок: компьютерный стол и кресло. Можно в тишине и спокойствии заниматься рабочими процессами.
