Upon opening the custom bi-fold doors, the bar is now on display for easy access. The built-in bar features three shelves for glassware, six drawers for miscellaneous items, an integrated sink, and a hidden granite counter-top. It also boasts LED dimming light strips.

Family Room, Home Bar - Beautiful Studs-Out-Remodel in Palm Beach Gardens, FL. We gutted this house "to the studs," taking it down to its original floor plan. Drywall, insulation, flooring, tile, cabinetry, doors and windows, trim and base, plumbing, the roof, landscape, and ceiling fixtures were stripped away, leaving nothing but beams and unfinished flooring. Essentially, we demolished the home's interior to rebuild it from scratch.

A modern update to this condo built in 1966 with a gorgeous view of Emigration Canyon in Salt Lake City.
Concrete structural columns and walls were an obstacle to incorporate into the design.
White conversion varnish finish on maple raised panel doors. Counter top is Brass Blue granite with mitered edge and large waterfall end.

We added a bar between the kitchen and family room, which is perfect for entertaining and additional storage. The herringbone marble backsplash coordinates with the kitchen, as does the quartz countertop. The center glass doors display glassware and add an open feeling. Photography: Lauren Hagerstrom

More of the cabinetry across from the kitchen range wall on the other side of the living room- this wet bar integrates neatly into the adjacent fireplace.

The wet bar on the main level is perfectly placed between the family room, living room, entry hall and dining room. It ends up being a relaxing place to work in the late afternoon, or have a beverage any time of the day. It is tucked into space neatly and feels like the place to land. The quartzite top was carried up the back wall to create harmony and beauty~ and the wash of color plays well with the stone wall in the entry too.
