Nicole Arnold InteriorsFrom foundation pour to welcome home pours, we loved every step of this residential design. This home takes the term “bringing the outdoors in” to a whole new level! The patio retreats, firepit, and poolside lounge areas allow generous entertaining space for a variety of activities.
Coming inside, no outdoor view is obstructed and a color palette of golds, blues, and neutrals brings it all inside. From the dramatic vaulted ceiling to wainscoting accents, no detail was missed.
The master suite is exquisite, exuding nothing short of luxury from every angle. We even brought luxury and functionality to the laundry room featuring a barn door entry, island for convenient folding, tiled walls for wet/dry hanging, and custom corner workspace – all anchored with fabulous hexagon tile.

Joni Spear Interior DesignCustom cabinets painted in Sherwin Williams, "Deep Sea Dive" adorn the hard working combined laundry and mud room. The encaustic cement tile does overtime in durability and theatrics.
Chervin Kitchen & Bath Inc.Embodying many of the key elements that are iconic in craftsman design, the rooms of this home are both luxurious and welcoming. From a kitchen with a statement range hood and dramatic chiseled edge quartz countertops, to a character-rich basement bar and lounge area, to a fashion-lover's dream master closet, this stunning family home has a special charm for everyone and the perfect space for everything.
Triple Dot Design StudioA bright, light and fun laundry room. Mint coloured cabinets house side by side washer and dryer, plenty of storage space, and plenty of counter space for a busy and young family. Darker hand painted fun floor tiles hide the dirt that gets brought in from the outdoors.
Keystone Custom Builders, Inc.Laundry room has fun, funky painted cabinets to match the door on the other side of the house.
Courtney Thomas DesignWe reimagined a closed-off room as a mighty mudroom with a pet spa for the Pasadena Showcase House of Design 2020. It features a dog bath with Japanese tile and a dog-bone drain, storage for the kids’ gear, a dog kennel, a wi-fi enabled washer/dryer, and a steam closet.
