Everything HomeThis elegant home remodel created a bright, transitional farmhouse charm, replacing the old, cramped setup with a functional, family-friendly design.
The main entrance exudes timeless elegance with a neutral palette. A polished wooden staircase takes the spotlight, while an elegant rug, perfectly matching the palette, adds warmth and sophistication to the space.

Sarah Rice Design LLCThis coastal farmhouse design was inspired by the client's love of Hawaii. We used muted earth tones and paired them with brushed nickel finishes to add a modern touch. The entry, formal dining, kitchen, breakfast nook and living room got a fresh look. As a personal touch, we made the kids custom name tags for baskets in the entry way. A beautiful and personalized way to help a busy family stay organized. We also created the stunning custom floral arrangement for the dining table. This house has such a peaceful and calm vibe.
Siding & Windows Group LtdFor this beautiful renovation we started by removing the old siding, trim, brackets and posts. Installed new James Hardie Board and Batten Siding, HardieTrim, Soffit and Fascia and new gutters. For the finish touch, we added a metal roof, began by the removal of Front Entry rounded peak, reframed and raised the slope slightly to install new standing seam Metal Roof to Front Entry.
Janet Brooks DesignDichroic glass on the pivoting glass front door, as well as in the helix light sculpture above create color displays that change throughout the day with ambient lighting. A salt water aquarium separates the powder room from the great room. Blue is our client's favorite color, which was used generously in this project!
building Lab, inc.Eichler in Marinwood - At the larger scale of the property existed a desire to soften and deepen the engagement between the house and the street frontage. As such, the landscaping palette consists of textures chosen for subtlety and granularity. Spaces are layered by way of planting, diaphanous fencing and lighting. The interior engages the front of the house by the insertion of a floor to ceiling glazing at the dining room.
Jog-in path from street to house maintains a sense of privacy and sequential unveiling of interior/private spaces. This non-atrium model is invested with the best aspects of the iconic eichler configuration without compromise to the sense of order and orientation.

Megan McGraw Interior DesignThis formal living room was created by punctuating layers of deep blues and airy seafoam greens with bright goldenrod accents. Clean lines were combined with rustic textures to maintain a consistent feel with the rest of the home. The sofa, chairs, bench and shutters were customized for this particular space. New accessories were mixed in with some of the homeowner's most treasured trinkets.

We design and build custom outdoor living spaces from small patios to grand and spacious properties like this. This large custom estate was designed by a Daydreams Architects and we built it.
