The CousinsThe new basement is the ultimate multi-functional space. A bar, foosball table, dartboard, and glass garage door with direct access to the back provide endless entertainment for guests; a cozy seating area with a whiteboard and pop-up television is perfect for Mike's work training sessions (or relaxing!); and a small playhouse and fun zone offer endless possibilities for the family's son, James.
Colorwheel Painting, LLCThis ceiling was raw/exposed wood when we started. After applying an odorless oil primer, we then top coated using a semi-gloss white.
La Bella Casa Interior DesignsThis 1600+ square foot basement was a diamond in the rough. We were tasked with keeping farmhouse elements in the design plan while implementing industrial elements. The client requested the space include a gym, ample seating and viewing area for movies, a full bar , banquette seating as well as area for their gaming tables - shuffleboard, pool table and ping pong. By shifting two support columns we were able to bury one in the powder room wall and implement two in the custom design of the bar. Custom finishes are provided throughout the space to complete this entertainers dream.
Sweeney Design RemodelSweeney updated the finishes with laminated veneer lumber (LVL) flooring and a shiplap finish on all walls.

Henck Design LLCThe basement serves as a hang out room, and office for Malcolm. Nostalgic jerseys from Ohio State, The Saints, The Panthers and more line the walls. The main decorative wall is a span of 35 feet with a floor to ceiling white and gold wallpaper. It’s bold enough to hold up to all the wall hangings, but not too busy to distract.
Mary Rossi DesignsThe vast space was softened by combining mid-century pieces with traditional accents. The furniture has clean lines and meant to be tailored as well as durable. We used unusual textiles to create an eclectic vibe.
I wanted to breaks away from the traditional white enamel molding instead I incorporated medium hue of gray on all the woodwork against crisp white walls and navy furnishings to showcase eclectic pieces.
Synergy Design & ConstructionA unique blue pool table, stylish pendants, futuristic metal accents and a floating gas fireplace all contribute to the contemporary feel of the basement.
