Imperfect InteriorsWe removed the dark damaged flooring in the basement of our Wandsworth Common Family Home and added lighter oak parquet, internal Crittal style aluminium sliding doors to partition a study, created a wine room and lots of built in joinery to house the cinema screen & kids toys.

In diesem Kellerflur lagen ursprünglich weiße Fliesen. Auf diese Fliesen kam eine Ausgleichsmasse und anschließend wurde dieser Vinylboden darauf verlegt. Alle Kellerutensilien befinden sich in geschlossenen Schränken. Um die Gastherme zu verstecken, wurde diese mit Trockenbauwänden und einer Zugangstür umbaut.
CARVAJALIn keeping with the contemporary Art Deco style used throughout the basement, we used this framed tiled design with Art Deco mirror and bathroom fixtures.
With a two meter width and just under three meter ceilings the space looks and feels comfortable.

Im Keller wurde eine Sauna eingebaut. Um ein gemütliches Ambiente zu schaffen, haben wir teilweise die Wände mit Steinpaneele verkleidet. Das Licht lässt sich je nach Stimmung in verschiedenen Farben einstellen. Der Kellerschacht wurde mit Naturstein gefliest und mit Kunstpflanzen bestückt, die beleuchtet werden.
Hatterwan ArchitectsThe basement music studio was acoustically designed to the clients requirements. Areas of glazed flooring were added to the ground floor to bring daylight into music studio located in the basement. Additionally, the basement was further excavated and underpinned to improve headroom and allow the space to be fully waterproofed.
