Che Bella Interiors Design + RemodelingThe clients lower level was in need of a bright and fresh perspective, with a twist of inspiration from a recent stay in Amsterdam. The previous space was dark, cold, somewhat rustic and featured a fireplace that too up way to much of the space. They wanted a new space where their teenagers could hang out with their friends and where family nights could be filled with colorful expression.
The pops of color are purposeful and not overwhelming, allowing your eye to travel around the room and take in all of the visual interest. A colorful rug and wallpaper mural were the jumping off point for colorful accessories. The fireplace tile adds a soft modern, yet artistic twist.

This formally unfinished basement has been transformed into a cozy, upscale, family-friendly space with cutting edge technology.
Riverside Construction, LLCFor the adult entertainment area, Riverside Construction designed a custom bar with shaker-style custom cabinetry, an undermount sink, and a full-size refrigerator. The deep open shelving was highlighted with a white contemporary subway tile backsplash, providing an ideal place to display accessories and sports memorabilia.
Just BasementsThe existing clean out stack sat out front of the wall in the hallway adjacent to the wet bar. We saw this as an opportunity to extend the cabinetry along that wall to encapsulate it- making it seemingly disappear.
Just BasementsWater damage from a leak in this basement was the catalyst for a full basement renovation. What was once an underutilized and outdated space has now turned into a fully functional and beautiful living space for the whole family.
Model RemodelThe basement can function as an entire rentable studio unit. There is a separate access door, a kitchenette, living room, bathroom, laundry and storage.
