Clutch Design StudioLocated in the Highlands neighborhood of Denver, Colorado, this contemporary home nestles itself politely within the existing context by utilizing some familiar materials and front yard setbacks. On the inside an open stair on the north façade provides soft light thru out the house. Sweeney Design RemodelDesigned to our client’s stylistic tastes and functional needs, budget and timeline, the basement was transformed into a luxurious, multi-use open space, featuring Adura and Four Seasons flooring, custom shelving displays, concealed structural columns, stone finishes, a beautiful glass chandelier, and even a large fish tank that created a striking focal point and visual interest in the room. Other unique amenities include Grohe plumbing fixtures, an InSinkerator, Braun fan and Pella windows, for controlled circular air flow.
Pinnacle Design & RemodelingA blank slate and open minds are a perfect recipe for creative design ideas. The homeowner's brother is a custom cabinet maker who brought our ideas to life and then Landmark Remodeling installed them and facilitated the rest of our vision. We had a lot of wants and wishes, and were to successfully do them all, including a gym, fireplace, hidden kid's room, hobby closet, and designer touches.
