S.Flynn Design + BuildHosting was a top priority for our clients, who requested a serving bar with lots of storage and room to sit. To maximize space, we designed a custom U-shaped bar with ample seating. Inside the bar, we made room for lots of appliances, including two refrigerators on each end. The bar wouldn’t be complete without drawer components to hold wine and liquor bottles, so we outfitted the space with all the storage they needed, including an additional serving area that provides even more room.

Our expert kitchen designers meet customers by appointment only in our offices, instead of a large showroom open to the general public. We display the cabinet lines we sell under glass countertops so customers can see how our cabinetry is constructed. Customers can view hundreds of sample doors and and sample finishes and see 3d renderings of their future kitchen on flat screen TV’s. But we do not waste our time or our customers money on showroom extras that are not essential. Nor are we available to assist people who want to stop in and browse. We pass our savings onto our customers and concentrate on what matters most. Designing great kitchens!
Cabinet-S-TopIn this two-tone kitchen, Waypoint LivingSpaces 660D Maple Rye cabinets were installed on the perimeter and Medallion Silverline Jackson door Maple Eucalyptus is the island. On the countertop is Eternia Summerside quartz with the "stone over the bowl" undermount sink and on the wine bar. The backsplash is Chateua Creme with slate/glass/deco band. On the floor is Triversa Luxury Vinyl Plank Flooring Country Ridge- Autumn Glow 7"x 48" plank.
StarMark CabinetryDesigner Sarah Wolfgang specified StarMark Cabinetry’s Bridgeport door style in Rustic Alder finished in Toffee. The island to this bar is a custom made natural wood piece and makes the bar a rustic masterpiece.
The Cleary CompanyKitchen remodel project expanded the existing footprint by removing wall between formal dining room making room for second island, bench with storage and a wet bar. The existing formal living room became new dining room. This project also included flipping locations of a laundry closet & powder room to make a larger space for laundry as well as mudroom storage.
AMEK Custom BuildersGlass of wine anyone? This beverage bar is set-up to handle everyone from morning coffee to dinner drinks. This end of the beverage counter serves up mixed up drinks and wine with ease with the lift-gate cabinet doors, drinkware shelving, and beverage cooler.
Vision InteriorsThe best of the past and present meet in this distinguished design. Custom craftsmanship and distinctive detailing give this lakefront residence its vintage flavor while an open and light-filled floor plan clearly mark it as contemporary. With its interesting shingled roof lines, abundant windows with decorative brackets and welcoming porch, the exterior takes in surrounding views while the interior meets and exceeds contemporary expectations of ease and comfort. The main level features almost 3,000 square feet of open living, from the charming entry with multiple window seats and built-in benches to the central 15 by 22-foot kitchen, 22 by 18-foot living room with fireplace and adjacent dining and a relaxing, almost 300-square-foot screened-in porch. Nearby is a private sitting room and a 14 by 15-foot master bedroom with built-ins and a spa-style double-sink bath with a beautiful barrel-vaulted ceiling. The main level also includes a work room and first floor laundry, while the 2,165-square-foot second level includes three bedroom suites, a loft and a separate 966-square-foot guest quarters with private living area, kitchen and bedroom. Rounding out the offerings is the 1,960-square-foot lower level, where you can rest and recuperate in the sauna after a workout in your nearby exercise room. Also featured is a 21 by 18-family room, a 14 by 17-square-foot home theater, and an 11 by 12-foot guest bedroom suite.
