Sabrina Alfin InteriorsView of kitchen from the dining room. Wall was removed between the two spaces to create better flow. Craftsman style custom cabinetry in both the dining and kitchen areas, including a built-in banquette with storage underneath.
Kayne DesignsDining area within the larger living room is defined by a built-in bookcase which houses wine storage. Drawers underneath hold dining and household items. Expandable dining table accommodates day-to-day meals as well as larger parties. Refurbished chandelier helps bridge the traditional interior with a more modern feel.

Jolley Frank Interiors, LLCA small side niche in the dining room allowed The creation of a more personal dining experience. The iridescent turquoise Roman shade with intricate trimming frames the antique dropleaf table and elegant dining chairs.

Hammond DesignIn the dining room we installed 3-D wall tiles that mimic the shapes found on the tracery ceiling in the adjacent family room. We used a lighter shade of blue from the music room so as not to overpower the deep tone in the music room beyond. A crystal light fixture adds that sparkle the clients love.

ChangoView into formal dining room from grand entry foyer. The floors of this home were stained with a custom blend of walnut and dark oak stain to let the grain of the white oak shine through. The walls have all been paneled and painted a crisp white to set off the stark gray used on the upper part of the walls, above the paneling. A silk light grey rug sits proud under a 12' wide custom dining table. Reclaimed wood planks from Canada and an industrial steel base harden the soft lines of the room and provide a bit of whimsy. Dining benches sit on one side of the table, and four leather and nail head studded chairs flank the other side. The table comfortably sits a party of 12.
