Gail Green InteriorsThe kitchen's color palette is a careful blend of warm and cool colors, smooth and rough textures, old an new things. Luminous stainless steel cabinets are offset by tumbled marble flooring and backsplash tiles in warm each tones of sienna, ivory and straw. Monochromatic limestone countertops are complemented by the swirling pattern of the ash burl topped dining table. State of the art kitchen equipment abound. It is an ideal place for this Carnegie Hill family of four to relax.
The kitchen area has a simple layout with the handy working triangle design between range, refrigerator, and sink. There is ample counter space and plenty of storage including tall utility and pantry cabinets. The stainless steel cabinet surfaces are easy to maintain, and the limestone counters have been sealed to resist stains.
Betty Wasserman Art & InteriorsThe kitchen and breakfast area are kept simple and modern, featuring glossy flat panel cabinets, modern appliances and finishes, as well as warm woods. The dining area was also given a modern feel, but we incorporated strong bursts of red-orange accents. The organic wooden table, modern dining chairs, and artisan lighting all come together to create an interesting and picturesque interior.
Project Location: The Hamptons. Project designed by interior design firm, Betty Wasserman Art & Interiors. From their Chelsea base, they serve clients in Manhattan and throughout New York City, as well as across the tri-state area and in The Hamptons.

Gail Green InteriorsThe dining area teams up a wooden oval table with cream colored "Ora" chairs designed by David Estreich of David Estreich Architects. The classic club chair is also an Estreich design. The sitting area is designed to be a kind of family salon. Its focal point is the fireplace with a polished cast iron mantle int eh American Empire style of 1906. Bookcases, made of the stainless steel kitchen cabinets, flank the fireplace. Above the banquette hang six original chromolithographs of New York State vineyard grapes. The Doris Leslie Blau area rug is a Caucasian Kazak rule from the early 20th century.

This contemporary kitchen incorporates modern art into the design. Featuring a hand painted mural among Honed Grey Limestone countertops and Gloss White Plastic Laminate cabinetry. Unique marble “slat” flooring and sand blasted glass dish storage shelves with unique brackets.

Atelier LapierlaNous avions pour objectif ici de moderniser la cuisine existante. En effet, les clients trouvaient la pièce bien trop sombre, et pour cause! les anciens plans étaient dans des tons de marron foncé, les murs n'avaient pas été refait depuis des années. En somme elle méritait un bon coup de neuf! voici donc le résultat, nous avons conservé le sol en marbre, nous avons déplacé le gros radiateur vers le fond pour pouvoir optimiser un espace petit déjeuner. Nous avons aussi repensé le "presqu’îlot" pour qu'il y ai un maximum de rangements. Le rendu est sans appel et nos clients sont heureux!
