Sitka ProjectsTraditional kitchen remodel in a 1916 Portland Oregon Bungalow. This kitchen had been remodeled multiple times throughout the years and was in dire need of a fresh remodel. The home owners now have a time period appropriate style kitchen with modern creature comforts every cook will love.
Denise Quade DesignThis large pass through into the kitchen from the living room not only provides a spot for natural light to filter in but it also provides a chance for whom ever is in the kitchen to be included in what is going on in the living room. The central kitchen is the hub of activity. White casework pairs perfectly with the light grey wall paint and the dark wood floors.

UserDendra Doors created these Douglas Fir Ikea kitchen cabinet doors in a shaker style for the butler pantry. The uppers are a custom painted shaker door with clear glass fronts and shelves. Gilmans Kitchens and BathsThe challenge of modernizing this 1970’s kitchen was its high ceilings. A dark color pallet was selected to keep the focus at eye level. A wall was removed to create symmetry within the space. To balance the dark pallet, lights where added above and under the cabinets.
