Natural planked oak, paired with chalky white and concrete sheeting highlights our Jackson Home as a Scandinavian Interior. With each room focused on materials blending cohesively, the rooms holid unity in the home‘s interior. A curved centre peice in the Kitchen encourages the space to feel like a room with customised bespoke built in furniture rather than your every day kitchen.
My clients main objective for the homes interior, forming a space where guests were able to interact with the host at times of entertaining. Unifying the kitchen, dining and living spaces will change the layout making the kitchen the focal point of entrace into the home.

Кухня небольшая по площади, поэтому всю мебель мы разместили функционально и компактно, небольшой обеденный стол и кухонный гарнитур с увеличенной высотой, но не до потолка, чтобы не перекрывать оригинальные карнизы.

An existing 70’s brick home nestled streets away from the beach, is in dire need of a transformation. The existing home had the bones to accommodate a substantial renovation, some modifications to the layout, adding an extension and exaggerating the existing raked ceilings in the main living area impacts the new home.
The home itself is a relatively disjointed 70’s home, so cleaver planning was imperative to make the most of the interior space. Large open plan living areas with adjoining outdoor entertaining was important. The owners are a young family who enjoy family and entertaining so interaction with the outdoor alfresco was essential not only for quality of living but to appear as a continuation of the main living area to increase the zone visually.
My client’s fresh approach; introduction of modern materials with a hint of Scandinavian and industrial, an improved working area and a functional space for cooking and preparing meals.

The Simple and tall cabinetry, the black pendants and two tone neutral color palette define the modern aesthetic of the kitchen. The Dacor appliances blend and disappear fully into the cabinetry where needed, while the modernist range, with its elegant brass burners, complements the minimalist design.
The built-in banquette was over-sized to bring color into the room and to frame the Tulip breakfast table. The prints in the breakfast area, are from the Wynwood District of Miami, were photographed by Luly. They are a refreshing and colorful reminder of her home town. Black accents, rectilinear hardware, and light countertops provide just enough of a delicate balance to the show-stopping combination of Dacor appliances. The end result is a smart, modern kitchen with warm and colorful touches that make it an extremely functional crowning jewel of the home.
