EMF ManagementThe small "bar" unit on the left was designed with drawers and bottle storage plus a worktop overhang on both ends to allow for bar seating for two.
Black Rock Design | BuildBeautiful remodel of this mountainside home. We recreated and designed this remodel of the kitchen adding these wonderful weathered light brown cabinets, wood floor, and beadboard ceiling. Large windows on two sides of the kitchen outstanding natural light and a gorgeous mountain view.

Neue Räume - Die Küchen SchreinerDieses Küchendesign ist ein echtes Highlight. Eingerahmt von offenen Regalen vereint die deckenhohe Schrankwand Stauraum und ergonomisch platzierte Küchengeräte mit minimalistischem Design. Die mittig platzierte Kücheninsel sorgt für Arbeitsfläche und bildet dank dunkelgrauen Fronten und grauer Arbeitsplatte einen optischen Kontrast zum weißen "Hintergrund".
Studio DearbornDesigner Sarah Robertson of Studio Dearborn helped a neighbor and friend to update a “builder grade” kitchen into a personal, family space that feels luxurious and inviting.
The homeowner wanted to solve a number of storage and flow problems in the kitchen, including a wasted area dedicated to a desk, too-little pantry storage, and her wish for a kitchen bar. The all white builder kitchen lacked character, and the client wanted to inject color, texture and personality into the kitchen while keeping it classic.
GMI Design GroupThis 1950's home was chopped up with the segmented rooms of the period. The front of the house had two living spaces, separated by a wall with a door opening, and the long-skinny hearth area was difficult to arrange. The kitchen had been remodeled at some point, but was still dated. The homeowners wanted more space, more light, and more MODERN. So we delivered.
We knocked out the walls and added a beam to open up the three spaces. Luxury vinyl tile in a warm, matte black set the base for the space, with light grey walls and a mid-grey ceiling. The fireplace was totally revamped and clad in cut-face black stone.
Cabinetry and built-ins in clear-coated maple add the mid-century vibe, as does the furnishings. And the geometric backsplash was the starting inspiration for everything.
