BerkailSituée à Marseille, la pièce de cet appartement comprenant la cuisine ouverte et le salon avait besoin d’une bonne rénovation.
L’objectif ici était de repenser l’aménagement pour optimiser l’espace. Pour ce faire, nous avons conçu une banquette, accompagnée de niches en béton cellulaire, offrant ainsi une nouvelle dynamique à cette pièce, le tout sur mesure ! De plus une nouvelle cuisine était également au programme.
Une agréable surprise nous attendait lors du retrait du revêtement de sol : de magnifiques carrelages vintage ont été révélés. Plutôt que d'opter pour de nouvelles ressources, nous avons choisi de les restaurer et de les intégrer dans une partie de la pièce, une décision aussi astucieuse qu’excellente.
Le résultat ? Une pièce rénovée avec soin, créant un espace de vie moderne et confortable, mais aussi des clients très satisfaits !

Clever storage solutions like the slim pantry and bi-fold drinks bar offer stylish storage and easy access to everyday items as well as your favourite beverages. The large kitchen island allows guests to relax and socialise while the host serves up delicious food. The vaulted ceiling provides a dramatic effect, while the large glass doors at either end of the space flood the room with natural light, making this kitchen the perfect place to relax at any time of day.

Breathe Design StudioOur Austin studio decided to go bold with this project by ensuring that each space had a unique identity in the Mid-Century Modern style bathroom, butler's pantry, and mudroom. We covered the bathroom walls and flooring with stylish beige and yellow tile that was cleverly installed to look like two different patterns. The mint cabinet and pink vanity reflect the mid-century color palette. The stylish knobs and fittings add an extra splash of fun to the bathroom.
The butler's pantry is located right behind the kitchen and serves multiple functions like storage, a study area, and a bar. We went with a moody blue color for the cabinets and included a raw wood open shelf to give depth and warmth to the space. We went with some gorgeous artistic tiles that create a bold, intriguing look in the space.
In the mudroom, we used siding materials to create a shiplap effect to create warmth and texture – a homage to the classic Mid-Century Modern design. We used the same blue from the butler's pantry to create a cohesive effect. The large mint cabinets add a lighter touch to the space.

Swanson Homes10’ beamed ceilings connect the main floor living spaces which includes a chef-style kitchen featuring a Thermador 48” range and 30” refrigerator and freezer columns that flank the wine cooler. The kitchen also features reeded white oak cabinetry and quartzite countertops which match the quartzite detail around the fireplace.
Che Bella Interiors Design + RemodelingOriginally dark and dated, this kitchen was transformed to enhance function and open up the kitchen. We cut down the old, two-tiered island to one level, creating a beautiful contrast against the freshly painted white perimeter cabinets.
