Walker WoodworkingThe key elements of natural light, the warmth of maple, shiplap detailing, and metal accents were strategically combined to create this kitchen full of functionality while remaining aesthetically pleasing.
dRemodelingOriginally a load bearing wall, the heavy timber beam cutting between the kitchen and living room was chosen to create a conversation between the two spaces. With gray tones and warm beige veins, this beautiful piece of lumber was the perfect choice, as its materiality mimics the veining of the marble, as well as the drop down globe pendant light fixtures.
Baptie DesignOur Clients were looking for a kitchen with a ‘wow factor’ design and one that would enable them, on occasions, to entertain large numbers of guests. Our client wished the cooking area to be divided from the social area. Our client was worried about having dark cabinetry but as the proposed extension was to have many windows we presented the idea of moody and dark with clever lighting. We achieved this by using a combination of dark and light stone counter tops, dark cabinetry complemented by the bespoke form of the island clad with copper mirror and smoked black glass along the sink run. Although this idea seemed risky at first it certainly paid off. Using Neff slide-and-hide ovens with the hob on the bespoke island, this gave our client the ability to socialise whilst cooking without anyone encroaching on the cooking zone.

London Flat RenovationsWe created this secret room from the old garage, turning it into a useful space for washing the dogs, doing laundry and exercising - all of which we need to do in our own homes due to the Covid lockdown. The original room was created on a budget with laminate worktops and cheap ktichen doors - we recently replaced the original laminate worktops with quartz and changed the door fronts to create a clean, refreshed look. The opposite wall contains floor to ceiling bespoke cupboards with storage for everything from tennis rackets to a hidden wine fridge. The flooring is budget friendly laminated wood effect planks. The washer and drier are raised off the floor for easy access as well as additional storage for baskets below.
