The lake side of the kitchen has windows on two sides to maximize the view. Four custom tilt-in windows allow the outdoor counter on the deck to be served from inside the kitchen. Concrete countertops, hickory floors, a center island, and farm sink are key elements in this kitchen.

The modern concrete countertops, subway tiles and unique custom cabinets add clean lines and are complemented by the warm and rustic reclaimed wood open shelving. The sleek custom concrete countertop features an integral drain board. Custom made with beech and birch wood, the flush inset cabinets feature unique routed pulls and a beaded face frame.
Mon Concept HabitationCe duplex de 100m² en région parisienne a fait l’objet d’une rénovation partielle par nos équipes ! L’objectif était de rendre l’appartement à la fois lumineux et convivial avec quelques touches de couleur pour donner du dynamisme.
Nous avons commencé par poncer le parquet avant de le repeindre, ainsi que les murs, en blanc franc pour réfléchir la lumière. Le vieil escalier a été remplacé par ce nouveau modèle en acier noir sur mesure qui contraste et apporte du caractère à la pièce.
Nous avons entièrement refait la cuisine qui se pare maintenant de belles façades en bois clair qui rappellent la salle à manger. Un sol en béton ciré, ainsi que la crédence et le plan de travail ont été posés par nos équipes, qui donnent un côté loft, que l’on retrouve avec la grande hauteur sous-plafond et la mezzanine. Enfin dans le salon, de petits rangements sur mesure ont été créé, et la décoration colorée donne du peps à l’ensemble.

La cucina industriale ha in primo piano un tavolo da falegname trasformato in penisola con incassati i fuochi in linea. La grande cappa industriale è stata realizzata su nostro progetto così come il tavolo da pranzo dal sapore vintage e rustico allo stesso tempo. Le assi del tavolo son in legno di recupero. Illuminazione diretta ed indiretta studiata nei minimi dettagli per mettere in risalto la parete in mattoni faccia a vista dipinti di nero opaco. A terra un pavimento continuo in cemento autolivellante.
Mike Schaap BuildersThe most notable design component is the exceptional use of reclaimed wood throughout nearly every application. Sourced from not only one, but two different Indiana barns, this hand hewn and rough sawn wood is used in a variety of applications including custom cabinetry with a white glaze finish, dark stained window casing, butcher block island countertop and handsome woodwork on the fireplace mantel, range hood, and ceiling. Underfoot, Oak wood flooring is salvaged from a tobacco barn, giving it its unique tone and rich shine that comes only from the unique process of drying and curing tobacco.
