Packard Cabinetry of Sea Cliff This newly constructed home on the waterfront with extraordinary views needed a kitchen of classic proportions. Client wanted a huge island full width of back wall as well as a walnut butcher block top . Room had to have a sit down table as well as a sitting area and Tv, Windows were split on the back wall to accomadate a center range and hood.

Herbert William LimitedRecent kitchen design with copper glass splash back is really stunning against the Mackintosh in frame Ivory kitchen units. This large family kitchen in Lyndhurst features LED lighting underneath the wall units to really highlight this beautiful copper splash back.
The granite worktop is Indian ivory chosen to contrast well with the copper splash back, Blanco sink and Franke tap.
All appliances are Neff electrical with the exception of a gas hob. For great functionality without interrupting the stunning stretch of splash back pop up sockets are integrated into the worktop.

Яркие стулья являются акцентом и добавляют в монохромный интерьер яркости. В этой кухне-гостиной нет верхнего освещения.Вместо люстры мы решили поставить большой торшер, над зоной кухни располагаются споты на треке.

We added LED lighting beneath the glass counter which can be switched on whenever the client want a splash of color for when company comes or add more light into the room. The other slab counters are Esmeralda Rose granite on the perimeter of kitchen, as well as the lower island counter next to the cook top.

Houzz-bruger-ID-3361014The design looked towards sustainability by opting not to demolish the existing building, instead working with it, thermally upgrading its performance and utilising Cross Laminated Timber (CLT) as a lightweight and sustainable construction solution to form the kitchen extension.
Cross Laminated Timber (CLT) allowed the super structure to be erected within two weeks. This creative cross discipline collaboration with timber engineers Eurban and structural engineers Webb Yates minimised the programme and the requirement for road closure on the tight urban site. This construction technology also allowed the existing foundations to be used - reducing the requirement for archaeological investigations on the sensitive medieval site. The CLT acted both structurally, thermally and internally as a warm durable finished product, offering a warmth and contrast to the planes created by the white plastered existing walls and rubber floor.
