Haven Design and ConstructionIn the kitchen, which was recently remodeled by the previous owners, we wanted to keep as many of the newer elements (that were just purchased) as possible. However, we did also want to incorporate some new MCM wood accents back into the space to tie it to the living room, dining room and breakfast areas. We added all new walnut cabinets on the refrigerator wall, which balances the new geometric wood accent wall in the breakfast area. We also incorporated new quartz countertops, new streamlined plumbing fixtures and new lighting fixtures to add modern MCM appeal. In addition, we added a geometric marble backsplash and diamond shaped cabinet hardware at the bar and on some of the kitchen drawers.

Carton InteriorsThis new build apartment came with a white kitchen and flooring and it needed a complete fit out to suit the new owners taste. The open plan area was kept bright and airy whilst the two bedrooms embraced an altogether more atmospheric look, with deep jewel tones and black accents to the furniture. The simple galley galley kitchen was enhanced with the addition of a peninsula breakfast bar and we continued the wood as a wraparound across the ceiling and down the other wall. Powder coated metal shelving hangs from the ceiling to frame and define the area whilst adding some much needed storage. A stylish and practical solution that demonstrates the value of a bespoke design. Similarly, the custom made TV unit in the living area defines the space and creates a focal point.
Steinmanufaktur Gross GmbHNaturstein hat eine besondere Wirkung, wenn er eine gewisse, massive Stärke zeigt. Auch bei Küchenarbeitsplatten ist dies möglich. Ist es technisch nicht möglich, massive Stücke einzubauen, kann die massive Optik durch Verkleben dünnerer Platten erreicht werden. Hier wurde die Wirkung des Blocks noch durch den flächenbündigen Einsatz von Spüle, Kochfeld und Steckdoseneinsatz unterstützt. Das Material Bateig Azul, einen spanischen Kalksandstein, könnte man fast für Beton halten, wenn nicht die fein geschliffene Oberfläche diesen speziellen warme Sandstein-Touch hätte.

L’habitatge presenta uns espais principals molt reduïts, poc lluminosos i amb una distribució molt compartimentada.
Objectiu:
Millorar el confort lumínic i tèrmic de l’habitatge així com repensar la distribució perquè apareguin espais comuns més generosos i còmodes.
Proposta:
El projecte respon a la necessitat d’ampliar tota la peça de sala d’estar-menjador-cuina, convertint-la en un espai únic, més atractiu i més divertit.
Per augmentar el confort interior s’utilitzen els colors clars, potenciant l’entrada de llum i donant un caràcter més dinàmic a tot l’habitatge.
Per altra banda, per tal de millorar l’eficiència energètica, es canvien les fusteries de tot el pis reduint les pèrdues i guanys de calor no desitjats i es situen els radiadors en els punts més freds i de més intercanvi fred-calor, perquè actuïn correctament de barrera climàtica i puguin treballar en el seu màxim rendiment.
