Sheila Rich Interiors, LLCThe open kitchen and family room coordinate in colors and performance fabrics; the vertical striped chair backs are echoed in sofa throw pillows. The antique brass chandelier adds warmth and history. The island has a double custom edge countertop providing a unique feature to the island, adding to its importance. The breakfast nook with custom banquette has coordinated performance fabrics.

Officine GulloTwo Officine Gullo Kitchens, one indoor and one outdoor, embody the heart and soul of the living area of
a stunning Rancho Santa Fe Villa, curated by the American interior designer Susan Spath and her studio.
For this project, Susan Spath and her studio were looking for a company that could recreate timeless
settings that could be completely in line with the functional needs, lifestyle, and culinary habits of the client.
Officine Gullo, with its endless possibilities for customized style was the perfect answer to the needs of the US
designer, creating two unique kitchen solutions: indoor and outdoor.
The indoor kitchen is the main feature of a large living area that includes kitchen and dining room. Its
design features an elegant combination of materials and colors, where Pure White (RAL9010) woodwork,
Grey Vein marble, Light Grey (RAL7035) steel painted finishes, and iconic chromed brass finishes all come
together and blend in harmony.
The main cooking area consists of a Fiorentina 150 cooker, an extremely versatile, high-tech, and
functional model. It is flanked by two wood columns with a white lacquered finish for domestic appliances. The
cooking area has been completed with a sophisticated professional hood and enhanced with a Carrara
marble wall panel, which can be found on both countertops and cooking islands.
In the center of the living area are two symmetrical cooking islands, each one around 6.5 ft/2 meters long. The first cooking island acts as a recreational space and features a breakfast area with a cantilever top. The owners needed this area to be a place to spend everyday moments with family and friends and, at the occurrence, become a functional area for large ceremonies and banquets. The second island has been dedicated to preparing and washing food and has been specifically designed to be used by the chefs. The islands also contain a wine refrigerator and a pull-out TV.
The kitchen leads out directly into a leafy garden that can also be seen from the washing area window.
Greenprints Design Studio LLCClassic black and white kitchen designed with timeless accents and materials. Black and white kitchen color combinations have been in style for decades and there is no end in sight for this timeless combination. The traditional wood floors warm the space and soften all the harsh lines and starkness of the white cabinets. Subway tile has also maintained the test of time and white herringbone tiles on this backsplash also gives the kitchen a traditional angle again with some interest with the angles of the tile pattern. The sleek GE CAFE appliances, brushed gold accents, along with the interesting teardrop pendant lights all help modernize the space and add some interest to the very simple, shaker style cabinets. The custom, decorative wainscoting end panels, stacked glass cabinets and custom pull outs and inserts in all of shaker style cabinets all distinguish the Brighton Kitchen Cabinetry from the rest. The farm sink, simple Windsor chairs and farm table all give the kitchen balance from the extreme white, quartz stone countertops that appear very sleek and more modern. This simple, yet gorgeous kitchen was very exciting to design and the clients and contractors were amazing to work with and they all had a great eye and vision as well. The entire home was completed renovated and turned into a house worthy of the front cover of a design magazine!
Inavogue Kitchens & CabinetsThis kitchen features stunning white shaker profiled cabinet doors, black forest natural granite benchtop and a beautiful timber chopping block on the island bench.
Showcasing many extra features such as wicker basket drawers, corbels, plate racks and stunning glass overheads.
Derrick ArchitectureA symmetrical kitchen opens to the family room in this open floor plan. The island provides a thick wood eating ledge with a dekton work surface. A grey accent around the cooktop is split by the metallic soffit running through the space. A smaller work kitchen/open pantry is off to one side for additional prep space.
Clark + AldineClassic kitchen with green cabinets. Natural stone countertops with brass hardware and hardwood floors throughout. White Zellige tile backsplash with white appliances and floating shelves with pot filler.
Joni Spear Interior DesignThe functionality of this spacious kitchen is a far cry from its humble beginnings as a lackluster 9 x 12 foot stretch. The exterior wall was blown out to allow for a 10 ft addition. The daring slab of Calacatta Vagli marble with intrepid British racing green veining was the inspiration for the expansion. Spanish Revival pendants reclaimed from a local restaurant, long forgotten, are a pinnacle feature over the island. Reclaimed wood drawers, juxtaposed with custom glass cupboards add gobs of storage. Cabinets are painted the same luxe green hue and the warmth of butcher block counters create a hard working bar area begging for character-worn use. The perimeter of the kitchen features soapstone counters and that nicely balance the whisper of mushroom-colored custom cabinets. Hand-made 4x4 zellige tiles, hung in a running bond pattern, pay sweet homage to the 1950’s era of the home. A large window flanked by antique brass sconces adds bonus natural light over the sink. Textural, centuries-old barn wood surrounding the range hood adds a cozy surprise element. Matte white appliances with brushed bronze and copper hardware tie in the mixed metals throughout the kitchen helping meld the overall dramatic design.
Palette Pro Painting & RenovationDoors and trims were painted using Benjamin Moore: Advanced Satin Decorator's White.
Walls were painted using Benjamin Moore: Regal Flat Decorator's White.
Ceiling was painted using Benjamin Moore: Regal Flat Super White.
Joni Spear Interior DesignKitchen windows are covered in a natural jute shades to hone in on the coastal theme. Wall sconces placed over the windows provides ample task lighting
Gina Drago DesignI always love when a client says “do what you think”. I had the best time designing this beach house for another adorable family. When I learned the homes history and the families Greek heritage, my brain entered Mykonos mode. They agreed and let me run with it. Both floors of the home went thru some major overhaul (pictures to come). Luckily I had a dream of a contractor and some magical tradespeople to work with. Not the quickest reno but I’ve learned in this business, nothing pretty comes easy or fast.
